By the Grace of ALMIGHTY ALLAH SUB’HANAHU WA TAALA and the favours of MAASOOMEEN ALAIHEMUSSALAAM Book 3 on Usool-e-Deen under the title of NUBUWWAT was completed and copied on the diskettes and given to Mu’ameneen from various countries. At the same time it was also given to a Mu’amin who got some copies printed and distributed. Diskettes containing the whole series of the previous booklets as well as those on Ladies Masaels, Islamic Law of Inheritance, Ehkam-e-Mayyit :i.e.Last services and funeral of dead bodies, & Marriage Guide were also given to Tabligh Sub-Committee to be placed on their web site www.dartabligh.org and can also be downloaded from website: www.masoomin.mhr145.com Some CDs were also made and distributed in various countries and we hope that the receivers will go through them and also make copies and distribute them to others also thereby take part in this noble deed of making people aware of the right path. We crave to ALLAH S.W.T. by the favours of MAASOOMEEN A.S. to grant us the ability to complete this task by completing the booklet on the subject of QAYAAMAT – THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT, satisfactorily and much earlier and also get them printed and distributed. We are thankful to the donors ( also from Canada) who contributed for making CDs and diskettes and also printing of the booklets and distributing them. The importance of anything depends on the function it carries out in the whole set up or the purpose it serves for achieving the best end result of the set up. This applies to everything – even normal things in daily necessities of life. For example, the contents of any food cooked for daily consumption are very much important for the nutrition and health of the whole human body. If slight content of the wrong thing – e.g. poison or dirt – is put into the best of the contents, it will spoil the healthy function of the whole body and may also kill the consumer of it. The higher the purpose of the made or manufactured item or the set up, the higher will be the importance of its contents. Surely, where the purpose is highest, the importance of the contents will also be of that (highest) level. Yet among the contents of this highest level item, if there is one item which , if not included in the contents, will make the whole highest item null and void, then the supreme importance and value of that item becomes so obvious that any human being with the right sense and unbiased mind is bound to accept this unchallengeable fact. Take the example of a human body. It may be physically complete but if there is no soul in it, then the whole body becomes useless and the only thing that can be done with it is to wrap it in a cloth and bury it in the ground. Without soul, even if the whole body is there, yet the human being is incomplete and is termed as ‘a dead body’ ( a corpse, a carcass ). So it is more than obvious that it is the ‘soul’ that makes not only all the noticeable parts of the whole body function, but it also makes all its latent powers function in its entirety. So who on the earth can even think of assessing the value of the soul? The very same fact applies to the True Religion on which the true success of this as well as everlasting success of the eternal life after death depends. Consider ALLAH S.W.T.; WHO IS THE SUPREME CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE AND EVERYTHING THREIN (i.e. in the Universe) INCLUDING POWERS, KNOWLEDGE, JUSTICE AND ALL BENEVOLENCES; when HE OPENLY DECLARES SOMETHING TO BE SO IMPORTANT THAT WITHOUT IT THE LIFELONG SACRIFICES AND TOIL OF HIS MOST SUPREME HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W.IN SPREADING ALLAH S.W.T.’s RELIGION BECOMES NONENTITY, THEN HOW MUCH IMPORTANCE THAT MATTER MUST BE CARRYING! SURELY, WHEN THE MOST SUPREME HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W.’S SACRIFICES AND TOIL BECOME ‘NIL’ WITHOUT IT, WILL THERE BE ANY VALUE OF THE RELIGIOUS PERFORMANCES OF THE SO CALLED FOLLOWERS WHO ARE FAILING TO ACCEPT THIS MOST IMPORTANT MATTER? SURELY NOT , UNLESS THEY CHANGE THEMSELVES TO ACCEPT THIS OBLIGATION PLACED BY ALLAH S.W.T. WHOLE-HEARTEDLY AND CRAVE FOR FORGIVENESS OF THE MISTAKES IN THE PAST. Although the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. in his very first gathering ( wherein he was ordered by ALLAH S.W.T. to call his relatives and start spreading the right faith ) asked as to who will assist him in this divine cause, and declared that the one who does so will be my Vicegerent (Khalifa) after me; and this was done three times but no one stood up and promised to fully support except Hazrat ALI IBN ABI TALIB A.S.. Please remember the verses of the Holy Quraan given in the booklet on PROPHETHOOD where ALLAH S.W.T. asserts that: “ THE HOLY PROPHET (MUHAMMAD S.A.W.W.) DOES NOT SPEAK OUT OF HIS OWN DESIRES, IT (what he speaks) IS NOTHING BUT REVELATION THAT IS REVEALED TO HIM.’ Please go through Surat-un-Najm , Verses 3 & 4 – Part 27 – Chapter 53. So it is more than evident that the above mentioned declaration was made by him through revelation from ALLAH S.W.T. as ascertained above. This also clearly implies that the promise of Vicegerency ( Khilafat) was made by the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. on behalf of ALLAH S.W.T. – that is to say that it was ALLAH S.W.T.’S promise delivered through HIS most Supreme Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.. If someone fails to believe this or believes otherwise, then he has grossly transgressed against ALLAH S.W.T. and the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. (as not keeping to their promises – May ALLAH S.W.T. and the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. forgive me for quoting these words which were necessary for explanation purpose – although the implications of that sort of belief are more tragic and transgressing than this.). The result of such persons ( i.e.having wrong belief) is clearly mentioned in the Holy Quraan in Verse 115 of Surat-un-Nisaa, Part 5, Chapter 4, and Suratul Ahzaab Part 22, Chapter 33, Verse 57, as already quoted in Book No.3 on the topic of NUBUWWAT (Prophethood). If the reader goes through the true history, he will surely find that the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. made declarations regarding the WILAAYAT – Vicegerency – of Hazrat Ali Ibn Abitalib A.S. at several occasions but those so called self-styled companions were not feeling comfortable about it. Coming back to the first point of the supreme importance of acceptance and belief in this Vicegerency let us see what ALLAH S.W.T. has directed. We can clearly notice that ALLAH S.W.T. has made a strong and stern order ( involving the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. ) through the revelation forming part of the Holy Quraan as follows: (Verse 67, Surat-ul-Maedah, Part 6, Chapter 5 ) يا أيّهاّ الرّسول بلّغ ماّّ انزل اِليك مِن رّبّك واِن لم تفعل فما بلّغت رٍسالته والّله يعصمك من النّاس انّ الله لآ يهدى القوم الكافرين Meaning: O’ Apostle (Muhammad)! Deliver what has been revealed to you from your Lord; and if you do it not, then you have not delivered HIS Messages (at all), and surely ALLAH will protect you from ( the mischief of ) men; Verily ALLAH does not guide the infidel people. Here ALLAH S.W.T. stresses the supreme importance of this message, the non-deliverance of which nullifies life-long sacrifices and efforts of the Supreme Holy Prophet in the service of spreading as well as firmly establishing ALLAH S.W.T.’S True religion. This more than establishes the supreme importance of the matter – which acts in the matter of TRUE RELIGION FROM GOD like a soul does in the human body. ALLAH S.W.T. also knew that among the people who will be present there were some so called companions who would go on with their tricks and mischiefs and would try to inflict harm on the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.. This verse was revealed at the time of the Holy Prophet’s return from his last pilgrimage when a group of more than 120,000 pilgrims were there. It was revealed at a place called “ GHADEER-E-KHUM”, on 18th Zilhajj (Dhul hijjah), 10 A.H.. No sooner the verse was revealed, the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. ordered the caravan to stop. Those who had proceeded further, were asked to come back and those who were behind were awaited for until all the pilgrims numbering more than 120,000 had gathered. The Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. then ordered to prepare a pulpit ( assembled from the seats used at the back of the camels ). He then mounted the pulpit and delivered a long sermon, which the reader may refer in authentic books and this sermon is known as ‘KHUTBA-E- GHADEER’. The questions asked by the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. and the confirmations given by all those present there – the whole group – must all the studied. In short, at the last question the whole crowd of the pilgrims shouted in one voice, “ Certainly O Apostle of GOD, you are the Master of the believers more than their own souls.” Thereupon the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. called Hazrat Ali Ibn AbiTalib A.S. and raised him high over him with miraculous strength of Apostolic hands and showed to the crowd and said , inter alia: “To whomsoever I am the (Maula) Master this ALI is the Master (Maula).” من كنت مولاه فهاذا على مولاه He went on clearly declaring WILAYAT OF HAZRAT ALI A.S. as his first Vicegerent and craving to ALLAH S.W.T. to befriend those who befriend Hazrat ALI A.S. and be the enemy to those who make enemity with Hazrat ALI A.S.. He did not leave this process at that only but ordered a tent to be raised and asked Hazrat ALI A.S. to sit in it and ordered everyone to go into the tent one by one and pledge “BAY’AT” to Hazrat ALI A.S. ( addressing him as Ameerul Mu’ameneen) which everyone did – including Abu Bakr, Omar ibn Khattab, Othman, Talha, Zubair, Abdul-Rehman bin Auf, Salmaan, Saad, Khazimah, Abu Ayyub, Sahl ibn Hunaif, Zaid ibn Sabit, Hassein ibn Sabit, Abul Tufail etc. – to mention a few. It therefore logically proves that the declaration of the WILAAYAT and appointment of Hazrat ALI A.S. as his First Vicegerent was so important that without this the sacrifices and the spread of True Islam by the Supreme Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. would not be accepted by ALLAH S.W.T.. This fact is proved by the clear verse of the Holy Quraan as already quoted heretobefore. So no one can deny the stark fact that ALLAH S.W.T. had appointed the Vicegerants during the life time of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.. Anyone trying to state or believe otherwise, is trying to falsify not only the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. but ALLAH S.W.T. also, and the reader is already aware of the abode of such a person. No sooner the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. completed this task, the verse shown as part of Verse 3 of Sura-e-Maedah, Part 6, Chapter 5, was revealed – which reads as follows. اليوم ا كملت لكم د ينكم و أ تممت عليكم نعمتى و رضيت لكم الُاِسلام د ينا Meaning; This day have I perfected for you, your religion and have completed MY FAVOUR on you and chosen for you ISLAM (to be ) the Religion.
It is therefore more than evident that ALLAH S.W.T. HIMSELF certifies the perfection of religion ISLAM and the completion of HIS FAVOURS only after the appointment of Hazrat ALI A.S. as WALI and the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W.’S FIRST VICEGERENT. This event of Islamic History is so widely known among other sects of Islam, apart from Shia Ithnaasheri Sect, that , beside others, 37 Sunni accredited Scholars have reported this event with its details. Again, the event has been reported in 42 Sunni books, well accepted within the relative sect. Let us study a bit further as regards punishment from ALLAH S.W.T. in this world for expressing non-belief in this event. When the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. arrived back in Medina from this last pilgrimage after the event of GHADEER-E-KHUM, the news of the event spread all over the Muslim World from where the pilgrims had come and therefore it naturally spread in Medina also. Besides Shia and Sunni scholars a leading authority of Sunni School narrates the following as a reason for revelation of Verse 1 of SURAT-UL-M’AARIJ – Part 29, Chapter 70 ( Qouted later). Th.RZ Kawashi in the books JAWAHARUL AQDAIN and MADARIK states: When the Holy Prophet MUHAMMAD S.A.W.W. on the 18th Zilhajj, 10 A.H. on his way back to Medina from his last pilgrimage, at Ghadeer-e-Khum, declared ALI IBNE ABI TALIB to be the Lord or the Master of all the Muslims, and the news of this reached on all sides of the Muslim World, Harith bin No’amaan Al Fahri got over his camel and in rage reached the Holy Prophet, while he was among his companions at Medina, and in an impertinent tone addressing him asked : “ O Muhammad! Thou ordained us to believe in the Unity of God, we accepted it. Thou commanded us to pray to God, we did it. Thou inflicted on us the fast for one complete month, we bore it. Thou prescribed for us the pilgrimage, we performed it. And now thou hast posted thy cousin Ali over our heads as our Lord and Master in thy place, is it at God’s Command thou hast done this or of thine own accord?” The Holy Prophet replied: “ Upon God, I have done it in obedience to God’s Command !” Harith, as he heard this, turned back retracing his steps to his camel saying : “O God ! If what Muhammad says be true, let a stone fall on me from heaven and make an end of me !” Harith had not even reached the camel, a small stone from heaven fell on his head and passed out of his anus killing the man on the spot. This is only one of the many instances of open or expressed animosity or aversion to H. Ali’s actual position in Islam. The cause behind this aversion was the evil intention latent in the minds of such people, who only waited for the departure of the Holy Prophet from this world, to usurp the power and the authority over the people and the State. Such opportunists did not like the supreme authority of the succession to the Holy Prophet to be established during his very lifetime. The verses revealed on this occasion were No.1 to No. 3 of Suratul Ma’arij, Part 29, Chapter 70, which are as follows: سأل سا ئل بعذابٍ وّاقع للكافرين ليس له‘ دافع من اللهِ ذِى المعارِجِ Meaning: Demanded ,a demander, the chastisement inevitable; For the disbelievers against it, there is no repeller; From ALLAH, THE LORD of the ways of Ascent. The reader will realize that there can be no better proof of chastisement from ALLAH S.W.T. for non-belief in the WILAYAT and IMAAMAT (Lordship – Mastership) of Hazrat ALI A.S.. As proved earlier, the non-belief also makes all religious actions null and void. It will also be noted that the Holy Quraan will also not guide such a person. For this, please refer to Verses 2,3 and 4 of Suratul Baqarah, Part 1, Chapter 2, which state as follows: (2) ذَالِكَ الكتَابُ لا َريبَ فِيهِ هُدْى لِلمُتّقيِنَ (3) اَلّذِينَ ُيوء مِنوُن َ بِالغَيبِ وَ يُقِيمُونَ الصّّلاَةَ وَ مٍمّا رَزَقنَاهُم يُنفِقوُنَ (4) وَا لّذِينَ يُؤمِنُونَ بِمآ اُنزِلَ اِليكَ وَماَ اُنزِلَ مِن قبلِكَ وَباِلآخِرَةِ هُم يُوقِنُونَ Meaning: (2) This is the Book, there is no doubt in it (being the Word of God); (it is ) a guidance for the pious; (3) Who believe in the unseen, and establish the prayers, and of what WE have provided them with, they give (in the way of their Lord); (4) And who believe in that which has been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you, and they are sure of the hereafter. It will be clear from the above mentioned verses that the Holy Quraan is a guidance For THE PIOUS. The Holy Quraan explains as to who are THE PIOUS in the eyes of THE SUPREME CREATOR. The 3rd and the 4th Verses quoted above give clear details of the qualities required for a person to be considered as PIOUS. After the 3rd Verse, the 4th Verse starts with the condition stating : AND WHO BELIEVE IN THAT WHICH HAS BEEN REVEALED TO YOU. Verses of the Holy Quraan tend to explain one another. Now therefore go back to the Verse 67 of Suratul Maedah, Part 6, Chapter 5, quoted before – revealed at GHADEER-E-KHUM. You will see that the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. was asked to deliver “WHAT HAS BEEN REVEALED TO YOU” and the Holy ProphetS.A.W.W. declared the WILAAYAT and VICEGERENCY ( Lordship = Mastership) of HAZRAT ALI A.S.. Now it is more than crystal clear that the 4th Verse of Suratul Baqarah – above quoted – inter alia,( among other revelations) refers to the belief in the revelation referred to in SURATUL MAEDAH Verse 67, - that is – THE BELIEF IN THE WILAYAT and LORDSHIP – MASTERSHIP – OF HAZRAT ALI IBN ABI TALIB A.S. OVER ALL MUSLIMS - i.e. BELIEF IN HIS IMAAMAT AND KHILAFAT. If someone does not have that belief, then he cannot be termed as PIOUS and he will have distanced himself from the guidance of the Holy Quraan and all his religious actions and toils therefore will be null and void, since he has discarded and opposed the ORDER of THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T.. From the above mentioned facts, duly supported by the Clear Order of ALLAH S.W.T. in HIS Holy Book Quraan, it will also be logically and intellectually clear that those who have gone against ALLAH’S Order by not accepting Hazrat ALI IBN ABI TALIB A.S. as the FIRST GOD-APPOINTED VICEGERENT OF THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. have catagorised themselves as non-believers of ALLAH S.W.T.’S Orders and accordingly gone against the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. also. Now let us see the Verdict of ALLAH S.W.T. for those who go against HIM and the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. For this we shall take ALLAH S.W.T.’S clear verdict from HIS Holy Book Quraan so that no one can dispute it. Please study Verse No. 14 of Surat-un-Nisaa – Chapter 4, Part 4 , which reads as follows: وَ من يّعصِ ا لله وَرَسُوله‘ وَ يَتَعَدَّ حُدُوده‘ ُيدخِله‘ نارٌا خَالًدٌا فِيهَا َوَلَه‘ عَذاَبٌ ُمّهِينٌ Meaning: And who so disobeyeth God and His Apostle (Muhammad) and transgresseth His limits, him shall God admit in Hell-fire, to abide therein and for him shall be a shameful torment.

ALLAH S.W.T.’S order for such persons is not confined to the above verse only. There are many verses to that effect but as we want to be concise, we have quoted the above mentioned verse only. However, if someone is interested to go through some other verses, we give below verse numbers and chapters in order to facilitate the reader to go through them also and be better informed. When the declaration of immediate First VICEGERENCY of HAZRAT ALI IBN ABI TALIB A.S. is so important – according to ALLAH S.W.T.’S ORDER, that the acceptance of the whole life-long sacrifices of the Supreme Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. in establishing the religion of ALLAH S.W.T. was solely dependent on this declaration, consider what is the result of just calling oneself a Muslim but going against this Order? Therefore, under all norms of honesty, justice and logical and intellectual facts, it more than proves that the Sect of Islam that faithfully accepted and acted upon this order and believed in the whole geneology of the GOD-APPOINTED TWELVE VICEGERENTS in succession as declared by the Supreme Holy Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.W. is the only original sect that has accepted the path as ordained by the Supreme Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. and by THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T. and which is the only RIGHT PATH. Because of the acceptance of all the twelve GOD-APPOINTED VICEGERENTS of the Supreme Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. , as declared by himself, in accordance with ALLAH S.W.T.’S ORDER, the sect is popularly known as SHIA ITHNAASHERI. To further clarify and prove that SHIA was the original sect which was created not after the last Holy Prophet S.A.W.W., but its originality goes back to the Holy Prophets believed in by not only ALL MUSLIMS but also by ALL THE CHRISTIANS and even ALL THE JEWS. The followers of those Holy Prophets were also termed as SHIA by the relevant Holy Prophet and also by THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T. in the Holy Quraan. So anyone who implicitly follows the orders of ALLAH S.W.T. given by the TRUE GOD-APPOINTED HOLY PROPHETS AND THEIR GOD-APPOINTED VICEGERENTS is termed as SHIA. For this, first refer to SURATUL QASAS, Chapter 28, Part 20, Verse 15, wherein Holy Prophet MUSA A.S.’S( MOSES) follower is termed as his SHIA , and the one who is not his SHIA is termed as his ENEMY. These terms have been used by ALLAH S.W.T. in the Holy Quraan. Going further up the Holy Prophet IBRAHIM A.S. (ABRAHAM) has been termed by ALLAH S.W.T. as SHIA OF THE HOLY PROPHET NOOH A.S.(NOAH). For this please refer to SURATUL-AS-SAFFAAT, Chapter 37, Part 23, Verse No. 83. It is therefore abundantly clear that the High Elevated Holy Prophet like Hazrat Ibrahim A.S. (Abraham) is also SHIA – according to THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T.. So it is more than evident that those (hypocrites) who disguise themselves as Muslims but say that “ Shias are kafirs” are NOT ONLY ABUSING THE TRUE-FOLLOWERS OF GOD-APPOINTED HOLY PROPHETS but are also ABUSING HIGH ELEVATED HOLY PROPHET LIKE HAZRAT IBRAHIM A.S. (ABRAHAM) and therefore in the eyes of not only True Muslims but also in the eyes of Christians and Jews are punishable by torturous death in this world and by severest hell fire and other punishments in hell hereafter. Severest punishment for hypocrites is mentioned in the Holy Quraan at various places but it will suffice to refer to even Verses 142 and 145 of SURATUN-NISAA, Chapter 4, Part 5. These hypocrites are of the same team, who disguise themselves as Muslims but their aim is to destroy Islam and who have also stated that ‘the Islamic KALEMAH does not contain acceptance of the Holy Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.W. but this has been added by the SUNNIS and SHIAS’. Their this statement was proved as a blatant lie against ALLAH S.W.T.’S Order as described in the booklet on TAWHEED, wherein the clear verses of the Holy Quraan have been quoted . From the foregoing logical and intellectual discussion backed by the Verses of the Holy Quraan and widely accepted historical events, it will be more than evident that the belief inIMAAMAT – i.e. God-Appointed Vicegerency of the Holy Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.W. is absolutely necessary and very much important part of belief of True Islam. It is also absolutely clear that the appointment of these true Vicegerents is the responsibility and Sole Authority of ALLAH S.W.T. WHO directs HIS Holy Prophet(s) to appoint whom HE wants. Only then the Holy Prophet of the time can declare his Vicegerent in strict accordance with ALLAH S.W.T.’S wishes. This authority of ALLAH S.W.T. ( as already stated on page 20 of Book 2 on ADL – Justice of Allah S.W.T.) was declared by HIMSELF right at the time of the creation of first human being – Hazrat Adam A.S. – as clearly stated in the Holy Quraan, Chapter 2 – Suratul Baqarah – Part 1 – Verse 30, wherein HE HAS STATED: وَ اِذ قاَلَ ربُّكَ لِلملائِكةِ اِنّىِ جَاعِلٌ فِى الاَرضِ خَلِيفَة Meaning: ( Recollect O’ Our Apostle) When Thy Lord said to angels: “Verily I am to Appoint Vicegerent (Khalifa) in the earth” The verb جَاعِلٌ (JAAELUN) is normally and has been specifically used to convey perpetuality – that is inclusive of the present and the future. ALLAH S.W.T. therefore clearly and demonstratively stated that the right to appoint Vicegerents on the earth (now as well as in future) is of ALLAH S.W.T. ONLY and HIS Vicegerent s (Khalifas) are to be appointed by HIM through HIS orders only. There are other verses of the Holy Quraan where ALLAH S.W.T. says that HE has appointed IMAM – a Vicegerent – a Khalifa. For this please refer Suratul Baqarah Chapter 2 - Part 1 – Verse No 124, where ALLAH S.W.T. declares the appointment by HIM of Hazrat Ibrahim A.S. (Abraham) as IMAM for mankind. وَ اِذِ ابتَلآى ِاِبَراهيِمََ َرٌّبُه‘ بِكَلِماتٍ َفَاَتمّهُنَّ قاَلَ اِنّىِ جَاعِلَُك لِلنّاسِ اِماماٌ قَالَ َوِمن ’ذ ّرِيَتىِ قاَلَ لاَ يَنال’ عهدِ الّظالِمِينَ Meaning: And when his Lord tried Ibrahim (Abraham) with certain words, he fulfilled them ; HE ( ALLAH S.W.T.) said :” Verily I make thee IMAM for mankind.” He (Ibrahim) said,” And my offspring?” HE (ALLAH S.W.T.) said,” MY covenant reacheth not the unjust.” Here ALLAH S.W.T. clearly states that HE HAS APPOINTED HAZRAT IBRAHIM (Abraham) as THE IMAM for mankind. This again proves that the appointment of IMAM (Khalifa) is the authority of ALLAH S.W.T.. It will be further realized that even the Holy Prophet, at his own will, cannot appoint Khalifa or Imam, but only after ALLAH’S consent and authorization, otherwise Hazrat IBRAHIM A.S. (ABRAHAM) would not have asked -“and my offspring?”- ( as revealed in the verse) – if at all it was possible for him to appoint his offspring at his own will only.
ALLAH S.W.T. has clearly declared in HIS reply that the authority of IMAAMAT cannot reach the unjust , even if they may be among the progeny of Hazrat Ibrahim A.S.. So it again proves that if ALLAH S.W.T. has appinted anyone as IMAM, he will be wholly JUST. Let us take some more examples from the Holy Quraan itself which prove that the appointment of the VICEGERENTS AND THE HOLY PROPHETS is the sole authority of ALLAH S.W.T. and not anyone else. Since we had given ample and unchallengeable logical proofs of this in the previous booklets of this series, we would like to point out in this booklet more on the proofs from THE WORD OF ALLAH S.W.T. – i.e. THE HOLY QURAAN, since it will help to clarify the fact to those Muslims who may have a misunderstanding about it so that they may also rectify their beliefs. Apart from the proofs that have been given regarding Hazrat Adam A.S., Hazrat Ibrahim A.S., please also refer to the following Verses of the Holy Quraan. SURAT-US-SAAD , Chapter 38, Part 23, Verse 26, where ALLAH S.W.T. says: يآ دا‘ود’ اِنّا جَعلنَاكَ خَليِفةٌٌ ٌ فِى الاَ رضِ ...... Meaning: O’ Dawood ! (David), Verily, WE have appointed thee a Vicegerent (Khalifa)in the earth………” SURAT-UL-FURQAAN - Chapter 25, Part 19, Verse 35. Here also ALLAH says: وَ لَقَد آتَيناَ مُوسىَ الكِتَابَ وَجَعَلنَا مَعَه‘ أَخاَه هارُونَ وَزِيراٌ Meaning: And Indeed WE gave Moosa (Moses) the Book and WE did appoint with him his brother Haroon (Aaron) (as his) Wazeer (assistant). In the first verse above quoted, ALLAH S.W.T. again emphasizes to Hazrat Dawood A.S. (David) that HE (i.e. ALLAH S.W.T.) has appointed him VICEGERENT in the earth. So it is HIS authority to appoint Vicegerents and no one else. -13- In the second verse it is again emphasized that ALLAH S.W.T. Has given the BOOK ( Tawret – Torah) ti Hazrat Moosa A.S. (Moses) and that HE has appointed Hazrat Moosa’s brother Haroon (Aaron) as his Wazir (assistant). So it amply proves that even the assistant of a Prophet must be appointed by ALLAH S.W.T.. As a further proof, please refer to Verse 73 of SURAT-UL-AMBIYAA, Chapter 21, Part 17, where ALLAH S.W.T. says: وَجَعَلنَاهُم اَئِمّةًٌ يَّهدُونَ بِأمرِِنا ........ Meaning: And WE made them IMAMS (leaders) guiding (the people) by OUR COMMAND…….” Further in Verse No. 24 of Surat-us-Sajdah, Chapter 32, Part 21, ALLAH S.W.T. again emphasizes by saying: And of them WE made IMAMS (leaders) to guide (the people) by OUR COMMAND as they were steadfast (in calamities) and they were quite certain of OUR SIGNS. Also refer Verse 165 of Surat-ul-An’aam, Chapter 6, Part 8 , and Surat-ul-Qasas, Verse 5, Chapter 28, Part 20, as regards appointment of Khalifa.(also Verse 68) These clearly and emphatically prove and amplify that the IMAMS (leaders) MUST BE GOD-APPOINTED ; and they guide in accordance with ALLAH S.W.T.’S COMMAND. It further clarifies the level of their knowledge and their status that they are in such a category which qualifies them to receive ALLAH S.W.T.’S Commands ( through ILHAAM – Divine Inspiration – revelation) and they exactly understand all the aspects of these Commands and correctly guide the people in full observance of all aspects of the Commands. The final Command of ALLAH S.W.T. to the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. as regards the appointment of Hazrat Ali A.S. as his first Vicegerent (Khalifa) on his return from the last pilgrimage has already been quoted ( from the Holy Quraan ) on page 4 of this booklet. Even before that, the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. was given instruction to appoint after finishing his other duties of Prophethood ,as quoted hereafter, so it is very clear that the Holy Prophet made the appointment upon specific ORDERS OF ALLAH S.W.T. -14- For the prior Specific Order of ALLAH S.W.T. to the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. regarding the appointment, please refer to SURAT-UL-INSHIRAAH, Verses 7 & 8, Chapter 94, Part 30, which reads: فَاِذا فَرَغتَ فانصَب وَاِلى رَبِّكَ فارغَب Meaning: When you have completed (the duties of thy ministry) , then appoint. And unto thy Lord, return with fervour. In the Foundation Booklet – i.e. first in this series- it was logically proved that the Deputy or Vicegerent of any Holy Prophet must possess all the knowledge that the Holy Prophet posseses, and this knowledge must have been instilled into him by ALLAH S.W.T. in the same manner as with the Holy Prophets. One cannot be classified as Divine Guide Unless he has been bestowed upon with Divine Knowledge. Even in worldly affairs, the higher the category of the position, the higher the knowledge and ability of the full affairs are needed. When someone is the Vicegerent or Deputy of the most Supreme Holy Prophet, duly appointed by ALLAH S.W.T., it is logically necessary for ALLAH S.W.T. to appoint such persons as Vicegerents of the Supreme Holy Prophet whom: (a) ALLAH S.W.T. must have appointed; and (b) They must possess knowledge of everything created by ALLAH S.W.T. (even the soul) and this knowledge must have been institlled in them by ALLAH S.W.T. before their material birth in this world. (As an example please read the event of the birth of Hazrat Isa A.S. (Jesus) given in earlier books of this series). (c) They must never commit a mistake – right from their birth – and they must also be sinless, infallible guides of the right path of ALLAH S.W.T. from their birth. (d) Despite having been bestowed with power over all the creations of ALLAH S.W.T., yet they demonstrate this power only when and where ALLAH S.W.T. directs them. Even their wishes and actions are strictly according to wishes of ALLAH S.W.T. and to certify this, for the rightly GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAMS, ALLAH S.W.T. clearly states in the Holy Quraan as follows: Refer Verse No.30, Sura-e-Dahr, Chapter 76, Part 29 وَما تَشآئونَ اِ ّلا اَن ّيشآءَ الله Meaning: And you do not desire save (except) what ALLAH desireth.

As stated earlier that the HOLY IMAMS ( like the HOLY PROPHETS) must have knowledge of everything and this knowledge must have been instilled in them by ALLAH S.W.T. (HIMSELF) and not acquired in this world. They are born with fully complete knowledge of the whole creation. This is clearly expressed by ALLAH S.W.T. in HIS Holy Book QURAAN. Refer Verse No.12, SURA-E-YASEEN, Chapter No.36, Part 22, where ALLAH S.W.T. says: اِنّا نَحنُ نُحىِ المَوتى وَ نَكتُبُ ماَ قَدّموا وَ آثاَرَهُم وَ كُلَّ شَيئٍ أحصَيناه‘ فِى اِماَمٍ ّمُبينٍ Meaning: Verily, WE give life unto dead, and WE write down what they have sent before them and ( even) their footprints ( effects:- which they leave behind them); And WE HAVE CONFINED EVERYTHING INTO A MENIFESTING IMAM ( Guide). Here ALLAH S.W.T. un-equivocally and clearly as well as in emphatic terms states that HE has CONFINED INTO IMAM EVERYTHING. This clearly proves that IMAM appointed by HIM is not only given Complete Knowledge of everything by HIM but also AUTHORITY OVER EVERYTHING. That is why the word CONFINED (( اَحصَيناهُ has been used. So EVERYTHING IS CONFINED IN AN IMAM APPOINTED BY HIM. In the earlier part of the Verse, ALLAH S.W.T. has mentioned about the knowledge of deeds of human beings as well as the effects they leave behind them and this is also confined in the GOD-APPOINTED IMAMS. SO GOD-APPOINTED IMAMS are very much aware of what everyone does in this universe – whether openly or secretly – and with full record of the deeds that each and everyone takes with him and , not only confined to that but also, the total effects of everyone’s deeds – whether done openly or secretly – which everyone leaves behind him and the way these effects affect each and everyone in the present and all future generations. In this way HOLY IMAM of the time becomes a witness on the Day of Judgement for each and every person’s deeds and their effects. This is why ALLAH S.W.T. will call everyone with the HOLY IMAM of the time, as stated in Sura-e-Bani Israeel, Chapter 17, Part 15, Verse 71. يَومَ نَدعُوا كُلَّ اُناَسٍ بِاِماَمِهِم Meaning: (Remember) the Day (of Judgement) when WE will summon every people with their IMAM. It was amply clarified in Book No.3 on NUBUWWAT (Prophethood) as to who can become a true witness of someone’s action – even by the universal and logical law; surely the person who has by his own eyes witnessed the person carrying out the specified action(s). Anyone giving evidence merely on hearing someone else, however trustworthy he may be, will not be accepted and will be rejected as “hearsay”. When an ordinary human being with little senses cannot accept this, think how THE CREATOR OF JUSTICE could accept the witness of someone un-aware of the actions of someone else! So it clearly and intellectually proves that GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAMS are given the Power by ALLAH S.W.T. to observe not only each and every action of everyone on this universe but also their thoughts, beliefs etc hidden in their bosoms even. Having been bestowed with those powers by ALLAH S.W.T. they will act as true witnesses, duly appointed by ALLAH S.W.T., on the Day of Judgement. The Holy Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.W. will be the witness over all other Holy Prophets and Holy Imams A.S. as already clarified in Booklet No.3 on NUBUWWAT and quoted in Verse No. 143 of Suratul Baqarah, Chapter 2, Part 2, of the Holy Quraan where ALLAH S.W.T. clearly states these facts. You may refer to the Holy Quraan for this. There are other verses also in this regard, and we quote below a couple of them. Surat-un-Nisaa, Chapter 4, Part 5, Verse 41. فَكَيفَ اِذاَ جِِئنا مِن كُلِّ اُمّةٍ بِشَهيدٍ وَّ جِئناَ بِكَ هآئُولآءِ شَهِيداٌ Meaning: How will it be (then) when WE shall bring forth from every people (Ummah) a witness and when WE shall bring thee a witness over those (witnesses)? Surat-ul-Bara’at, Chapter 9, Part 11, Verse 105. وَقُلِ اعمَلوا فَسَيَزَى ا للهُ عَمَلَكُم وَرَسُولٌه‘ وَا لمُوئمِنونَ Meaning: And say thou (unto them) ‘Act ye as ye will; ALLAH beholdeth your Deeds and HIS APOSTLE and THE BELIEVERS. Here “THE BELIEVERS” are particular believers and refers to GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAMS of the time. These HOLY IMAMS have also been referred to or titled as “ULIL AMR “ اُولى الأمرِ) ( And for this refer the Verse of the Holy Quraan referred to hereafter on the next page. For the title of “ULIL AMR” please refer SURAT-UN-NISAA , Chapter 4, Part 5, Verse 59, which clearly states: يآ اَيُّهاَ الَّذينَ آمَنوآ أطِيعُو اللهَ وَ أطِيعُوا الرَّسُولُ وَ أُولىِ الأمرِ مِنكُم Meaning: O, ye who believe! Obey ALLAH and obey the Apostle and those Vested with Authority from among you ………. In Arabic اولى ( ULEE ) means “ possessor “ and “ULIL AMR” is the one who is the “ possessor of Amr” – that is the one who has been Vested with Authority over “Amr”. Now let us ask the Holy Quraan what AMR is. The Holy Quraan will direct us to two Verses. One of them is Verse No.85, SURA-E-BANI ISRAEEL, Chapter 17, Part 15, which states: وَ يَسئَلُوُنَكَ عَنِ الرُّوُحِ قُلِ الرّوُحُ مِن أمرِ رَبِّى......... Meaning: And they ask you ( O’ Our Apostle Muhammad ) about the Soul; Say: The soul is one of the AMRs ( commands) of my Lord……” This verse, therefore, amply clarifies that the one who has been given authority by ALLAH S.W.T. over the SOUL, is the one who is a true “ULIL AMR”. Let us look at the second Verse to better understand who the true “ULIL AMR’ are whose obedience is ordered byALLAH S.W.T. ( in the Verse 59 quoted heretobefore) in addition to obedience to ALLAH S.W.T. and to the Holy Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.W.. Please refer to Verse 82 of Sura-e-Yaseen, Chapter 36, Part 23, which states: اِنّمآ أمرُه‘ اِذاَ اَراَ دَ شَيئاٌ اَن ّيَقولَ لَه‘ كُن فَيَكُون Meaning: HIS “AMR” ( command ) when HE intends anything, is only to say to it “Be” so then ( and there ) it is. We therefore come to understand from the Holy Quraan itself that “ULIL AMR” Referred to by ALLAH S.W.T. are those who are endowed by ALLAH S.W.T. with: (a) Authority over the soul. (b) Authority over bringing into existence of anything as well as eliminating from existence. No one can claim to possess these authorities as bestowed in him by ALLAH S.W.T. Except the Holy Prophets and the twelve God-Appointed Holy Imams A.S..
Look closely at the true history and you will find such events in the life of some of the God-Appointed Holy Imams A.S. who, by the Wish of ALLAH S.W.T., demonstrated these authorities – like some of the Holy Prophets. One such event was demonstrated by Hazrat Ali A.S. – the first Holy Imam. It so happened that a couple of the ‘so called companions’ of the Holy Propher S.A.W.W., in order to falsify the words of ALLAH S.W.T. and of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. as well as of the God-Appointed First True Vicegerent set up a tricherious plan. They approached an old lady and allured her by offering her good sum of money if she helped them in their tricks against Hazrat Ali A.S. and they said that she would have to lose nothing in doing so, but on the contrary she would get much money. She was moved by this offer and soon she agreed and got the confirmation of her son. Her son was a youth whom these ‘so called companions’ wanted to wrap in a KAFAN ( the cloth in which a dead body is wrapped after giving it the final bath – Ghusl) – and put him in a Janaza (Coffin) , pretending that the old lady’s son has died and call Hazrat Ali A.S. at that place and she should request him to offer prayer which is offered on dead bodies (before funeral) – i.e. Namaaz-e-Mayyit. The young man was accordingly wrapped in Kafan and asked to falsely pretend to be dead and not to make any movement etc and was placed in the Janaza. Then the ‘ so called companions’ arranged to call Hazrat Ali A.S. and made the old woman pretend to weep and request Hazrat Ali A.S. to offer the ritual prayer offered on dead bodies – i.e. Namaaz-e-Mayyit. Upon hearing the lady request him for this, Hazrat Ali A.S. who was the true God-Appointed First Vicegerent of the Holy Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.W. , who, according to ALLAH S.W.T.’s Order, knew the secrets and all the unseen, did not want to openly falsify the deceived woman but wanted to open up the dirty tricks of the ‘so called companions’ against ALLAH S.W.T.’s words and prove the stark truth of ALLAH S.W.T.’s words and also prove the Authorities vested by ALLAH S.W.T. in HIS Truly Appointed HOLY IMAMS. So he asked the old woman: “Do you want me to offer “Namaaz-e-Mayyit” ( ritual prayer offered over dead body) on your son? She replied: “ Yes, Ya (O’) Ali A.S.” He again asked the same question again emphasizing on the matter we have underlined above. To this, the old lady replied : “ Yes, Ya Ali, that is why I have called you.” He again asked her the third time, to which the old lady replied much more emphatically in AFFIRMATIVE. After all these chances given by him to the old lady, Hazrat Ali A.S. offered Namaaz-e-Mayyit and as soon as he completed it , he informed her that Namaaz-e-Mayyit was completed. Now the ‘so called companions’ came forward smiling and called the young man to get up and tried to make fun of Hazrat Ali A.S., but to the surprise of all of them as well as the old lady, they found that the soul (Rooh) of the young man has already departed from the body – i.e. he was dead. Observing this, the lady started weeping and screaming – now in reality. The ‘so called companions’ now disappeared. The old lady started craving to Hazrat Ali A.S. and said to him that the ‘so called companions’ made her join their tricks. Hazrat Ali A.S. told her that I asked you three times about your decision to request me the prayer of “ a dead body” over your son, and you emphatically confirmed it. Upon this, the lady truly started asking for forgiveness. Thereupon Hazrat Ali A.S. kicked the dead body of the young man saying: قُم بِاِ ذ نِ للهِ Meaning: “ Get up by the permission of ALLAH S.W.T.” At that very moment, the dead young man came to life again and stood up, and started thanking Hazrat Ali A.S. and cursing ( shedding Laanats) to the ‘so called tricherious Self-styled companions’. This more than proved the words of ALLAH S.W.T. that HIS Appointed “ULIL AMR” are the ones who have not only been given knowledge of the unseen (ILM-E-GHAEB) but have also been given control over the souls. They have been given the authority whereby they can bring into existence as well as eliminate from existence even the souls. However, they do this only according to wishes of ALLAH S.W.T.. There are other such events in the life of Hazrat Ali A.S. and in order that those witnessing such powers being demonstrated must not, even mistakenly, consider Hazrat Ali A.S. as God ( like the NUSAIRIES), he always either used the words meaning “by the permission of Allah” (as quoted above), or first he offered two rakaats prayer… (Namaaz) in order to amply clarify that he is not God but he himself is worshipping the Real Creator ( ALLAH S.W.T.), and that his order to the soul is in accordance with the permission of ALLAH S.W.T.. During the life of the Holy Sixth Imam ( HAZRAT IMAM JAAFAR-E-SADIQ A.S.) the second Abbasid ruler Mansoor-e-Dawaanaki, in 147 A.H., called 70 magicians and arranged with them a plan to insult the God-Appointed Holy Imam A.S.. They set images of 70 lions in the court of Mansoor-e-Dawanaki. Then the Holy Imam A.S. was called in order to threaten him by those images and thereby insult him. But when the Holy Imam A.S. came and observed their dirty tricks, he ordered those images to become real lions and eat up the magicians who made them. All the 70 images became real lions and each one ate up the magician who made him. On observing this, Mansoor was so much afraid that he fell down and lost his conscience for some time. Thereupon the Holy Imam A.S. ordered those lions to revert back to images. When Mansoor gained his conscience, he requested the Holy Imam A.S. to order the lions to vomit out the magicians back alive, but Imam Jaafar-e-Sadiq A.S. refused and told him that ‘ If the staff (stick) of Prophet Musa A.S. (Moses) which turned into a cobra and devoured the snakes of the magicians would have vomited them back, then I would have ordered the lions to vomit out the magicians.’ Another such event took place during the life of God-Appointed Eighth Imam – Hazrat ALI REDHA A.S.. It was during the reign of Abbasid ruler Maamoon Rasheed when the country was trapped into famine and it was so severe that people started dying. Mamoon – the ruler- approached Hazrat Imam ALI REDHA A.S. and requested him to crave to ALLAH S.W.T. to send rain. Imam A.S. replied, “ O Ruler, Do not worry. I will come out in open on Monday and crave to ALLAH S.W.T. to shower rain, and By the Grace of Almighty ALLAH S.W.T. it will definitely rain and the difficulty of the whole nation will come to an end.” On the appointed day Imam ALI REDHA A.S. came out and went in the open outside the town, where people had gathered to observe him, laid his musalla ( the carpet for prayers), raised his hands and started to crave to ALLAH S.W.T.. His craving had not even finished and the whole sky became full with clouds and it started raining. It rained to such an extent that the difficulty of the whole nation was over. Observing this, some envious hypocrite people’s hearts burnt to ashes. Among them was one called Hameed son of Mahsaraan. One day when the ruler’s court was full and Imam ALI REDHA A.S. was also present, he started vomiting out his envious remarks and tried to show himself as the lover of the ruler.

He started saying to IMAM ALI REDHA A.S. in a taunting tone: “ Look at these people, they talk so high of you and try to elevate you over the ruler; - take the example of the rain; It was to come whether you had craved or not – it was just incidental – it was not a miracle. A miracle is something which is impossible should happen. Yes, the picture of the lions on that carpet, which is hanging on that wall, if you can turn them to real lions and order them to kill and eat me up, then only it will be called a miracle”. After saying this, he looked at the gathering with sarcastic eyes. To this Imam Ali Redha A.S. replied, “ I did not tell anyone to praise me and the showering of rain upon my craving was by the Grace of ALLAH S.W.T., and if someone praises me for it, then that is also by the Grace of ALLAH S.W.T.. However, if it is your desire to observe that I should order this picture to become living lions and tear you up and eat you up, then I am fulfilling your desire.” Saying this, Imam Ali Redha A.S. looked at the picture on the hanging carpet and ordered, “Tear up this Fasik and Fajir ( transgressor and hypocrite) and eat him up in such a way that not even a sign of his remains.” No sooner these words came out from the mouth of Imam Ali Redha A.S., the picture of two lions turned into real lions and tore up the hypocrite Hameed bin Mahsaraan and ate him up in such a way that not even the sign of a drop of blood remained on the floor. Observing this, the ruler Mamoon Rasheed became unconscious by fear and Imam Ali Redha A.S. ordered the lions to revert to their originality of pictures – and they immediately turned into their original form. It will be quite appropriate to quote one more event during the life of the tenth Holy Imam A.S. – i.e. IMAM ALI NAQI A.S.. During the reign of Abbasid ruler Mutawakkil, who was also a dead enemy of the Holy Progeny of the last Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad S.A.W.W.. He had called the Holy Imam Hazrat Ali Naqi A.S. to Samarra town and made him stay there under surveillance. He had played so many tricks to try to insult the Holy Imam A.S. in public and also made and tried plans to undermine his status as God-Appointed Holy Imam but he failed in all his tricks and plans to do so. So once he called for one very known magician – sorcerer – from India who showed him many of his witchcraft programs. Thereupon Mutawakkil told the sorcerer that I am going to call a very pious and high caliber person in my court; if you make him feel ashamed by your witchcraft and magic plans, I will pay you one thousand ashrafi ( the highest valued coins of the time) as a prize. He agreed to it and asked Mutawakkil to place very thin Indian Breads (known as chapatti) In front of the said high caliber pious person and request him to eat them. When Imam Ali Naqi A.S. arrived, Mutawakkil asked his people to set dining arrangements for all the people there. This was done and those thin breads were placed in front of Imam Ali Naqi A.S.. Everyone started eating and Mutawakkil requested the Holy Imam A.S. to start eating. No sooner the Holy Imam A.S. started taking the bread, the nasty magician started his witchcraft whereby the bread flew away from the Holy Imam A.S.. Imam Ali Naqi A.S. knowingly started taking the second bread which also flew away, then he deliberately took the third bread which also flew away. So the people present there, who knew that the magician was doing this, started laughing. As usual, there were carpets hanging on the walls of the court of Mutawakkil and on one of them was the picture of a lion. Imam Ali Naqi A.S. addressing that picture of a lion ordered it, “ Devour wholly this infidel basic unbeliever.” Immediately upon the order of Imam Ali Naqi A.S. the picture on the carpet became a real lion, jumped on the magician and devoured him wholly. Seeing the lion, people got very much frightened. There was an uproar of fear in the court and people started running here and there. The lion came near the Holy Imam A.S. and in human language asked him whether it should devour Mutawakkil also, but the Holy Imam A.S. refused and ordered it to turn itself into original form. Mutawakkil was so much frightened that he urinated in the clothes and his faeces came out and for some time he became unconscious. When he gained conscience, he requested Imam Ali Naqi A.S. to order the lion to vomit out (spew out ) the nasty magician out from its stomach, to which the Holy Imam A.S. refused . It is also narrated that the Holy Imam A.S. gave the same answer as was given by his great grandfather Imam Jaafar-e-Sadiq A.S.. The reader’s attention is drawn to the fact that both the Holy Imams A.S. referred to Holy Prophet Musa A.S. (Moses) thereby clarifying that this power of bringing into existence and extinguishing the soul is endowed by ALLAH S.W.T. to Holy Prophets A.S. and Holy Imams A.S.. The reader is also directed to refer to the life of Harat Isa A.S. (Jesus) who likewise had the opportunity to bring to life dead persons, thereby demonstrating this super power endowed to him by ALLAH S.W.T.. After the last Holy Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.W. no one else except his God-Appointed Vicegerents have been endowed by ALLAH S.W.T. with this authority as already exemplified. It must now be very crystal clear to an unbiased reader as to who the “ULIL AMR” referred to in the Verse No. 59 of Surat-un-Nisaa, Chapter 4, Part 5 are. But the so called self-styled priests of some Muslim Sects, in order to misguide the public and become flatterers of those in worldly ostensible power, have mis-interpreted this term (ULIL AMR) as applying to such people, whereas THE SUPREME CREATOR has used it for the GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAMS who have been vested BY HIM with the Real Divine Powers as explained. The reader must realize that ALLAH S.W.T. in Suratul- Aal-e-Imraan, Chapter 3, Part 3, Verse 7, has categorized such self-styled priests and people as having perversity in their hearts and their intention is to mislead. Also refer Verses 21 and 22 of Sura-e-An’aam, Chapter 6, Part 7. The place of abode of such mis-interpreters of ALLAH S.W.T.’S Orders is surely hell-fire. You will admit that if anyone misguides the public against law of even a small country is declared a criminal and is severely punished. Anyone with a little common sense will realize that where ALLAH S.W.T. is directing everyone to obey HIM, HIS HOLY PROPHET and ‘ULIL AMR’, the third in the hierarchy must be of that high category and with Divine Power following the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.. Only then he can be the right guide duly appointed by ALLAH S.W.T. in accordance with HIS UTMOST JUSTICE. If anyone was to even slightly trust the mis-interpretation of those self-styled priests ( mentioned above ) then it would amount to any layman with slight worldly status will have to be treated as the guide, even if he is not professing the right religion and acts contrary to Allah S.W.T.’s orders. This would amount to having millions of adversaries and misguiders each having his own group of the misguided ones. Each group may be against another group or groups. Clearly, the result of such a wrong set up will be that no tyrant or wrongdoer can be made answerable or punishable, even in the eyes of a sensible person on this earth. Too many mis-guiders would be more dangerous than “Too many sailors” who, it is known “drown the ship”. So every sensible person would reject the mis-interpretation of ‘Ulil Amr’ by these self-styled priests.
The Guides appointed by ALLAH S.W.T. to follow the last Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. must also be of that high category having been endowed with by ALLAH S.W.T. WITH COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY QURAAN as well as all thinkable powers and with capacity to be the eye-witnesses over the actions, effects etc of the whole creation on the Day of Judgement. Even the Sunnis believe in IMAAMAT and for this please refer the book of well known Sunni writer by the name of Allama Taftazani. He clearly writes and accepts in his book “ Shrhe Aqaed-e-Nasafi”- on page 139- ( well accepted by Sunnis ) the Hadith (tradition) of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. which reads as under. But first of all you must remember that Allah S.W.T. clearly states in the Holy Quraan that My Prophet ( Muhammad S.A.W.W.) does not utter anything until I direct him through revelation. Now read the Hadith which Allama Taftazani has accepted in his book : it reads: مَن ماَتَ وَلَم يَعرِف اِماَمَ زَماَنِهى فَقَد ماَتَ مِيتتاٌ جاَهِلِيّه Meaning: Anyone who dies and does not know the Holy Imam of his time, dies the Death of an unbeliever (Kafir). So it is well known and accepted even by other sects that during all the time whilst even one human being is in existence on this earth – universe – there must be HOLY IMAM OF THE TIME IN EXISTANCE and each persons must know who is his God-Appointed Holy Imam; otherwise he dies the death of an unbeliever, and thereby his abode his hell fire. So there must be a God-Appointed Holy Imam in existence all the time otherwise how the knowledge of any non-existant be made compulsory? Therefore consider how important is the knowledge of Holy Imam of the time! This also more than establishes the continuity of the chain of Divine Guides duly appointed and authorized by Allah S.W.T. who have Super Divine Knowledge and Powers vested in them. Now if all the Islamic Sects are questioned as “Who is the God-Appointed Holy Imam of this time?’, then surely the sect who can answer this question with a proof supported by the statement of the Holy Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.W. and also that the sect is believing in that chain of Twelve God-Appointed Holy Imams can only be on the right path. In order to give a glimpse from another Sunni Book please refer to Sahih Bukhari (Arabic-urdu) Volume 2, Section 152 – part of Hadith No.210, Section 153 and part of Hadith 211, Section 186 – Hadith No. 262. The chain of the true God-Appointed Holy Imams has been acknowledged and accepted by another famous Sunni writer by the name of Ibne Hajar-e-Makki in his book “Sawaeq-e-Mohreqa”, which is said to be written with the original intention of hurting Shias – and therefore the said name. He not only mentions the names of the Holy 12 Imams (and also of Janabe Fatema A.S.) but also quotes their qualities which, he states, are according to the hadith (traditions) of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.. ( For details refer Sawaeq-e-Mohreqa Pages Nos.179 to 314 under sections –Baab- 8 to 11 ) Before proceeding further, the reader’s attention must be drawn to the fact that from what has been said so far with proofs, it will be quite clear that Shia Ithnaasheri sect, who believe in the 12 God-Appointed Holy Imams, do not consider even one of them to be superior to the last Holy Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.W. since according to the Shia Ithnaasheri Sect of Islam, considering any of the God-Apointed Holy Imams A.S. exactly as the last Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. would catagorise such person among the impure ones and non-believers – under the category known as “GHAALI”. The word “GHAALI” means those who exceed the limits ( who commit “GHULUU” – exaggeration ). This fact clearly exhibits the falsity of the hypocrites when they lie to others by saying that the Shia Ithnaasheris consider the First God-Appointed Holy Imam Hazrat ALI IBN ABITALIB A.S. as God. When even for one minute any Shia Ithnaasheri cannot consider him to be exactly equal, in all aspects, even to the last Holy Prophet S.A.W.W., how can he consider him as God? These are utterly false accusations in order to mislead others from THE SUPREME CREATOR’S true path and drag them to the hell fire with them. On the contrary, these hypocrites themselves falsely believe and divert others to believe that the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. is equal to them and thereby they become the fires of hell and try to drag others with them. They also want to divert the attention of others from the fact that those whom they believe have got this First God-Appointed Holy Imam Hazrat ALI IBN ABITALIB A.S., assassinated (martyred) in the mosque whilst in prostration offering prayers. And you can see even today that these hypocrite followers assassinate Shia Ithnaasheris in the mosques whilst in prayers or in religious places ( Imam Bargahs ) whilst they are offering homage for the sacrifices of these Holy Imams A.S. and their Holy progeny and also giving historical facts and propagate true Islam. These hypocrites do not want people to follow the right path shown by the Chain of Guidance appointed by THE SUPREME CREATOR, so they try to extinguish the name of the true God-Appointed First Vicegerent of the last Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. so that the whole chain of the true guidance is lost sight of. Knowing these tricks of the hypocrites of that time and of the future, THE SUPREME CREATOR directed the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. to make known to the public often and oftern, at every gathering and opportune places, the status and importance of Hazrat Ali ibn Abitalib A.S. as the First God-Appointed Vicegerent and also directed him to say: (which the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. did ) as follows: زَيِّنوا مَجالِسِكُم بِذِكرِ عَلىِ ابنِ أَبىِ طالِب ِلأنّ ذِكرَه‘ ذِكرِى وَ ذِكرى ذِكرُالله وَ ذِكرُاللهِ عِباَدةَ َ Meaning: Adorn your gatherings (sittings) with the rememberance – praise,glory – of Ali ibne Abi Talib, because surely his rememberance is my rememberance and my rememberance is the invocation of ALLAH S.W.T. and the invocation of ALLAH S.W.T. is the adoration ( worship ) of ALLAH S.W.T.. Let us ponder a little over this hadith (tradition) and we will come to know a little bit of the treasure to be derived therefrom, although if we come to know the in-depth meaning of it, we shall have oceans of treasure open before us but, with the little spec of knowledge we have, let us derive that little bit of latent treasure. Since Hazrat Ali A.S. was the right God-Appointed First Vicegerent of the Last Holy Prophet S.A.W.W., the knowing - recognizing – of him and following his guidance will be strictly in accordance with that of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. and the Holy Quraan which is the Holy Book revealed by THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T. to the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.. Thereby through knowing the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. and his teachings, we will come to know THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T. and we shall be on the RIGHT PATH. We shall also come to know the full Chain of Guidance after the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. which is duly appointed by ALLAH S.W.T.. So the Centre Point is the recognition of Hazrat Ali ibn Abitalib A.S. as the First God-Appointed Vicegerent and the First of the God-Appointed Chain of Guidance after the last Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.. That is one of the reasons why even ALLAH S.W.T. has emphasized the importance of the declaration of this appointment as already quoted in the beginning pages of this booklet and Verse 67 of Suratul Maedah – Part 6 – Chapter 5. The hypocrites have and are trying ‘heels and toes’ to eliminate this most important central point from reaching the knowledge of rational people lest they start following the God-Appointed Right Path. They also try their level best to kill the followers of this Right Path by shooting them in the mosques and at the places of gatherings where these followers of the Right Path lecture on the true history and the teaching of ALLAH S.W.T. through the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. and the Holy Imams A.S., and where they act on the hadith (tradition) of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. by adoring their gatherings with the rememberance of Hazrat Ali ibn Abitalib A.S. and the way he and his whole progeny have fully sacrificed to save and protect the True Islam. Even ALLAH S.W.T. in Suratul Baqarah, Part 1, Chapter 2, Verse 114, says “And who is more unjust than he who prevents (men) from Mosques of Allah of HIS name being remembered therein…” and continues “…they shall have great chastisement in the hereafter”.

Such killers and spreaders of mischief on the land disguise themselves as Muslims, although they are not – on the contrary they are hypocrites since they even say that the Confirmation of Prophethood is not part of Kalemah and that the Sunnis and Shias have added this. ALLAH S.W.T. has clearly stated at various places in the Holy Quraan the abode of such people in the hereafter. Punishment of such people even in this world and hereafter is clearly given in Verse No. 33 of Suratul Maedah, Chapter 5, Part 6. True Islam does not allow creating and spreading such mischiefs even with those who are not Muslims and are staying on this land without creating such troubles. They are even permitted to follow their own religion without any force on them to change as clearly stated in the Holy Quraan and done by the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.. When Jews fought with him, he fought a defensive war against them, but when they were defeated by Hazrat Ali ibn Abi Talib A.S. in the battle of Khaibar, the Holy Prophet did not force them to change their religion nor torture them or drive them out of the country. On the contrary, he allowed them to stay peacefully in the country. He did not force them to pay the same dues that were payable by the Muslims but they were asked to pay special type of dues as ordained by ALLAH S.W.T.. This was despite their enemity –which still continues – and their enemity with Christian belief also. After all these proofs given so far, still let us also put to further common sense test the false interpretation of the term ‘ ULIL AMR ‘ by the flatterers who say that it means all those who may be in the worldly ostensible powers. The basic fact that every sensible person will implicitly admit that ALLAH S.W.T., THE SUPREME CREATOR, will never ask anyone to obey or follow someone who is wrong. Now first consider on country to country basis, and as we can see around us that countries disagree with other countries and even fight wars against one another. Even common sense directs that of the two fighting countries, if one is on the right, the other one defying it , is definitely on the wrong; so to say that those in power in that defying country are on the wrong – (otherwise why defy the right ?and the one who fights the right is definitely wrong). Now if we take the interpretation of the flatterers, that would mean (May ALLAH S.W.T. forgive me for quoting this ) that GOD has ordered the people of the first country which is on the right to support and follow those in power therein while at the same time ordered the people of the second country , which is on the wrong, to obey and follow the wrong – tyrannical – persons who are in power in that country. This is therefore absolutely un-acceptable by any person with common sense. Coming down from country to country, we come within one country where there are parties which are against one another. If one of them is on the right, then all others who differ from it are on the wrong; and the same reasoning outright nullifies the interpretation of the flatterers. Still come down to persons in power within a business or any other organizations and you find within those small circles also one officer defying the other. If one is on the right, the other one is on the wrong and GOD will never direct anyone to follow and obey the wrong otherwise it will be against HIS JUSTICE to punish the wrong-doers since they had to act according to obedience to their tyrannical heads if that was in accordance with GOD’S instructions. Even an ordinary human being with right senses would not do so, and the flatterers try to accuse the SUPREME CREATOR of such criminal act since they do not feel ashamed to do so; and the reader will agree that the place of abode of such flatterers cannot be anywhere except hell fire. Now consider the other side – that is the RIGHT INTERPRETATION of it which says that “ULIL AMR” are the God- Appointed HOLY IMAMS A.S., and you will have to admit that not a single of the Holy Prophets and the Holy Imams have even slightly differed in their guidance of the true path as directed by ALLAH S.W.T.. The basics – i.e. beliefs – USOOL-E-DEEN have not changed right from the beginning to the end and this is witnessed by the Holy Quraan in various verses numbering to at least 19.. The rules of action – i.e. FUROO-E-DEEN - have been modified according to the physical and intellectual levels of the human society of the time in order that they can be well performed as directed and no one should have any false excuse for not performing or ignoring them or carrying them out in the wrong way or acting against them. You will never find anyone of the 124,000 Holy Prophets or the 12 God-Apointed Holy Imams defying any of their predecessor Holy Prophets’ or Holy Imams’ rulings. On the contrary, if someone does not believe even one of the 124,000 Holy Prophets, he is expelling himself from Islam and is catagorised as a KAFIR (Un-believer) and if he does not accept even one of the 12 God-Appointed Holy Imams then he becomes a non-believer ( not a Mo’amin). Whoever does not believe in even one of the Holy Prophets appointed by ALLAH S.W.T., becomes Kafir (infidel, non-believer) and entitled to disgraceful torment. This is clearly stated in Verses 150 and 151 of Surat-un-Nisaa, Chapter 4, Part 6 which reads as: ِا ّن اّلذيَن َيكُفرُوَن ِبا ّللِه َو ُرُسله َو ُيرِيدُوَن َأن ُيَفّرُِقوا َبينَ اللهِ َو ُرُسِله َو َيقُوُلوَن ُنؤِمُن ِبَبعض َّوَنكُفُر ِبَبعض َوُيريُدوَن َأن َىّتخِذُو َبينَ ذاَ ِلكَ َسبِيلاْ () اُولائِكَ هُمٌ الكاِفُرُونَ حَقَّا َو أعتَدناَ لِلكاِفِريَن عَذاَباٌ مُّهِيناٌ () ٌ Meaning: Verily those who deny God and His Apostles and desire that they differentiate between God and His Apostles and say “ we believe in some and we deny some”, they intend to take between (this and) that (a midway); These are they –the truly infidels (unbelievers), and WE have Prepared for the infidels a disgraceful torment. Now consider those infidels who say that the Kalemah does not consist belief in the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W., and say that Sunnis and Shias have added this. The Holy Quraan is a clear proof of their infidelity and assures of their status as “True Kafirs” and entitled to disgraceful torment. They disguise themselves as Muslims and calling their sect by one of the titles of Allah S.W.T. ( Al-Wahhaab). Anyone with common sense will agree that the toil by 124,000 Holy Prophets would have gone astray if the chain of True Guidance was not established by THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T.. When an ordinary created human being would not leave even his small business without appointing some appropriate person to deal with the public in accordance with his wishes, how can one venture to even think that THE SUPREME CREATOR will leave the whole Universe without continuing to appoint Chain of Guidance for the whole Creation up to the time of the end of the Universe? THE SUPREME CREATOR has not only appointed the CHAIN OF IMAAMAT and given them complete knowledge and authority, but also directed all the believers to obey ALLAH S.W.T., THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. and THE HOLY IMAMS A.S. as already quoted in Verse 59 of Surat-un-Nisaa and explanation thereof. So anyone who does not obey these God-Appointed Holy Imams, is going against HIS ( ALLAH S.W.T.’S) Command,and therefore he is gone astray from the Right Path – that is he is among the DHALLEEN. ( The last word in Suratul Fateha). All the Holy Prophets and Holy Imams have been appointed to guide the creation towards the right path whereby they ( the creatures ) achieve the purpose for which they have been created. So after the Prophethood , true belief in Imaamat is the hub on which the toils of 124,000 Holy Prophets depends. Therefore, the belief of IMAAMAT – that is the WILAYA OF 12 GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAMS A.S. as the true Vicegerents of the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. – in which the first is Hazrat Ali ibn AbiTalib A.S. is indispensable and extremely important part of True Islam, and by the public declaration thereof at Ghadeer-e-Khoom, the following have been achieved ( as mentioned in Sura-e-Maedah, Verse No. 3 – quoted before): (1) The perfection of Religion (Islam) (2) The completion of ALLAH S.W.T.’S favours. (3) The Pleasure of ALLAH S.W.T.. Anyone not believing so, defies and goes against ALLAH S.W.T. and by doing so, to where he is heading is quite clear to any sensible person.

Whenever and wherever in True Islam the topic of IMAAMAT is discussed, the topic of the last Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. always comes in as the relation and importance of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. and his Holy Progeny – i.e. the Holy Imams A.S. is inseparable. This fact has been clarified and supported by the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. himself in his Hadith (tradition): أوّلُناَ مُحَمَّدٌ وَ أوسَطُناَ مُحَمَّدٌ وَّ أّخِرُناَ مُحَمَّدٌ وَ كُلُّناَ مُحَمَّدٌ Meaning: The first of us is Muhammad, and the middle of us is Muhammad, and the last of us is Muhammad, and everyone of us is Muhammad. So the names of “Muhammad wa Aal-e-Muhammad A.S.” ( i.e. the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. and his Holy Progeny – including his Holy Daughter Hazrat-e-Fatema A.S.) are those through which the cravings to ALLAH S.W.T. and the apology (Tauba) to ALLAH S.W.T. are accepted as demonstrated by ALLAH S.W.T. right at the beginning of human creation through Hazrat Adam A.S. who apologized to HIM through the benevolence of these names as per Verse 37 of Suratul Baqarah, Chapter 2, Part 1. These names were taught by ALLAH S.W.T. as per Verse 31 of the same Suratul Baqarah. Not only the acceptance of craving and apology, but even the examination of the knowledge through which Hazrat Adam A.S. achieved supremacy over all the angels, was through the knowledge of recognition of these Holy Personalities ( including Hazrat Fatema A.S.). These Holy Personalities are also referred to as “SAQ of GOD” and for this refer Suratul Qalam, Verse 42, Chapter 68, Part 29. Please also refer SURATUL AMBIYA, Chapter 21, Part 17, Verse 73, where ALLAH S.W.T. clearly states that HE is appointing IMAMS by HIS ORDER. ALLAH S.W.T. has not only laid special stress on the appointment of HAZRAT ALI A.S. but HE has also appreciated his as well as his family’s supreme sacrifices for ALLAH S.W.T. ‘s RELIGION – in the Holy Quraan. Therefore, if anyone describes those appreciations, then , in fact, he has followed ALLAH S.W.T.’s path, whilst anyone else not doing so or going against it, is going against ALLAH S.W.T., and the place of the one going against ALLAH S.W.T. is, undoubtedly, Hell Fire. Let us look at a couple of these appreciations by ALLAH S.W.T. in the Holy Quraan. Please refer SURATUL BAQARAH. Chapter 2, Part 2, Verse 207, which reads: وَمِنَ النّاسِ مَن يَّشرِى نَفسَهُ ابتِغآءَ مَرضَاتِ اللهِ وَاللهُ رَئُوفٌ بِالعِِبَادِ Meaning: And among men, there is one who selleth his self (soul) seeking pleasure of God; and verily God is affectionate unto His servants. It is universally accepted that this verse was revealed in praise of Hazrat Ali Ibn AbiTalib A.S. when he, according to the WILL OF ALLAH S.W.T. and the request of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. slept on the bed of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.to save him from the enemies who had surrounded his house at night , duly armed, and wanted to kill him. This was on the night when the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W., on the Order of ALLAH S.W.T., migrated to Medina ( from Mecca ) and passing from between the enemies without being noticed at the WILL OF ALLAH S.W.T.. Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib A.S. slept on the bed of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. whereby the enemies were convinced that the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. was in the house; until in the morning they saw Hazrat Ali A.S. when they could not face him and had to go away. So he offered his life to save the life of the saviour of the Religion of God. Please also refer Verse No. 274 of Chapter 2, Part 3 as regards praise for his charity, and Verse No. 173 of Sura-e-Aal-e-Imraan, Chapter 3, Part 4, for his audacity, bravery and trust in Allah S.W.T.. When he was in prayers in the mosque at Madina, a poor man came to the mosque and appealed for charity. None attended to him and he was to go away dejected and disappointed. Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib A.S. stretched his ring finger to him whilst in the condition of performing Rukoo’a ( bowed) during prayers. The man took away the ring from Hazrat Ali A.S.’s finger. At this, the Verse No. 55 of Surat-ul-Maedah, Chapter 5, Part 6, was revealed to the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. which reads as follows: اِنَّماَ وَلِيُّكُمُ اللهُ وَرَسُولُه‘ وَاَلّذينَ آمَنُوا الَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ الصّلآوةَ وَ يُئتُونَ الزّكواةَ وَهُم رآكِعُونَ Meaning: Verily, Verily, your guardian is (none else but) ALLAH and HIS APOSTLE ( Muhammad S.A.W.W.) and those who believe: those who establish prayers and pay poor-rate while they be (even) bowing down ( in Rukooa – in prayer ). The appreciations are also extended to the family and progeny of Hazrat Ali Ibn Talib A.S.- including his wife ( the lone daughter of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.) Hazrate Fatema A.S., his sons Imam Hasan A.S. and Imam Husain A.S. who were present during the life of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. ( on whom the verses of the Holy Quraan were being revealed). To give a glimpse of it, we would , inter alia, quote Verses 8 and 9 of Surat-u-Ddahr, Chapter 76, Part 29 – reading: وَ يُطعِمُونَ الّطَعاَمَ عَلاَ حُبِّهِ مِسكِيناٌ وَّ يَتِيماُ وَّ أسِيرا ُ اِنَّماَ نُطعِمُكُم لِوَجهِ اللهِ لاَ نُزيدُ مِنكُم جَزاءً وَّلاَ شُكًوراً Meaning; And ( while needing for themselves) they give away food, out of love for HIM, to the poor and the orphan and the captive; (saying) We feed you only for ALLAH’s sake, we intend not of you any recompense, nor (even) thanks (thereof). These verses were revealed to the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. when Hazrat Ali A.S. and his family ( heretobefore mentioned )had fasted for three days and at the end of each day all the food was given to begging poor, the orphan and the captive respectively and the whole Holy Family fasted and completed all the three fasts on water only. Again, even when the believers – the Ansaars – respectfully submitted to the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. for his apostolic services saying ,”O, Apostle of God! If thou dost command us, we shall place at thy disposal everything that we own.” At that timeALLAH S.W.T. revealed to the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. as follows: ( See Sura-e-Al Shura, - Chapter 42, Part 25, Verse 23 (part) قُل لآّ أسئَلُكُم عَلَيهِ أجراٌ اِلاّ المَوَدَّةَ فىِ القُربىا Meaning: Say thou ( O’ Our Apostle Muhammad ): “ I demand not of you any recompense for it ( the toils of Apostleship) save the love of (my) relatives. Despite this Order of theSUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T. what did the so called self-styled companions of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. ( who in reality were hypocrites) do immediately upon the passing away of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. from this world? They not only illegally and criminally usurped the rights as well as the property of the Holy Family of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. – i.e. Holy Ahlul Bait (Hazrat Ali A.S. and his whole family ) but also burnt the door of their house (which was falling within the Grand Mosque of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. in Madina ) assassinated a child (featus) by squeezing the Holy lone daughter of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. between the burning door and the wall and also smash-fractured her ribs and tortured her mercilessly due to which she died within a very short period of about 75 to 90 days at a young age of 18 years. These tortures started the very third day after the passing away of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W..
They also put a rope around the neck of the TRUE FIRST GOD-APPOINTED VICEGERENT OF THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. who was also the FIRST in the Chain of Leadership of IMAAMAT- Hazrat ALI IBN ABITALIB A.S. and pulled him to the inside of the said Grand Mosque and demanded of him to accept their appointed person as the vicegerent to which Hazrat Ali A.S. categorically refused and reminded them of his own appointment by the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. as the TRUE FIRST GOD-APPOINTED VICEGERENT OF THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W.. The reader is invited to go through the true history of this Holy First GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAM A.S. and also that of other eleven GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAMS A.S. and observe what sacrifices they and their Holy Progeny have offered in saving True Religion of ALLAH S.W.T.. The reader will also observe what tyrannies these so called self-styled companions and their followers have meted out : thereby openly contravening the Order of ALLAH S.W.T.. It will then be intellectually and logically observed which is the true path and why up to this date tricks and tortures are meted out against the followers of the True Path especially when they give the true history of the sacrifices of the Holy Progeny of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.. Even today these followers of the True Path are being gunned down in the Mosques and in the holy places known as Imam Bargahs ( the courts of the Holy Imams A.S.). The hypocrite tyrants do not want the true history of the torturous attitudes of those whom they follow should be narrated and also that the knowledge of the True God-Appointed Guides should be known to the public ( whom they continuously misguide) so they even tell them that those who will listen to those lectures of the followers of the True Path will have their marital bond – nikaah – automatically annulled to become void. They also do not want the followers of the True Path to narrate these matters on pulpits for everyone to come to know the True Islam, so they kill by shooting those who narrate and also those who take interest in hearing the truth. They (the hypocrite tyrants) kill their (the true followers’) qualified people like doctors so that they do not get any requisite emergency or other treatments honestly, qualified lecturers and teachers – so that they should not be able to get proper education and the knowledge of true guidance and lot of other matters. Every sensible person and every priest and follower of any religion will implicitly admit that killing even one person in a place of worship is strictly prohibited in every religion as it is most criminal act. You may ask Christians, Jews, Hindus or the followers of any religion and you will get the same answer. Yet these hypocrite tyrants try to practise mass murders in places of worship while disguising themselves as Muslims. The Jurists of all religions will declare such people as the worst criminals on the earth who must be eliminated therefrom. These are the people who wage war against ALLAH S.W.T. and the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. and spread unrest on this earth. ALLAH S.W.T. has ordained their punishment in Verse 33 of Suratul Maedah, Capter 5, Part 6. People of the past Holy Prophets who were against them, tortured and killed the Holy Prophets of the time. The last Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad S.A.W.W. was no exception, since the ancestors of the hypocrite tyrants, whom they believe, who during the early years of his preaching True Religion, tried to kill this Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. but since he had the protection ( as ordained by Allah S.W.T. ) of his First True Vicegerent Hazrat Ali A.S., they could not kill him openly and seeing the speedy spread of True Islam they opted to use the saying that ‘ when you cannot win them try to join them’, so that they are allowed to come near so that they can stab anyone from nearby. They, as a matter of pretence, declared to have become Muslims, although their tricks of killing the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. continued and they tried their utmost to do so. One of their tricks was when the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. was coming back from the Battle of Moota, they got a large deep hole dug on the way and covered it with wooden sticks and sand over it so that no one should notice it, and so that when the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. passes from there he should fall in it and either die immediately or the hidden team of these hypocrites should immediately put soil over it and bury him alive whilst heavily injured due to the fall. This trick also failed due to ever awareness of Hazrat Ali A.S.. The reader is invited to go through the true history to find out about this event and others – even when they tried to administer poison to him. Since they could not assassinate the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. openly or by tricks as he always had the protection of his First True Vicegerent Hazrat Ali A.S., the staunch enemity against Hazrat Ali A.S. and his progey – i.e. the staunch enemity against the TRUE GOD-APPOINTED VICEGERENTS, THEIR HOLY PROGENY and their followers started immediately after the departure of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. from this world. Hazrat Ali A.S. was seriously wounded by a sword, (laden with strongest poison imported specially for the purpose from one western country by the then ruler of Syria ) in the mosque whilst in the midst of offering prayers, whereby he was martyred. Any sensible person will realize that those who shoot people in mosques and religious places are the followers of those who martyred Hazrat Ali A.S. in the mosque whilst in prayers. Their punishment in this world as well as in the hereafter is as Ordained by ALLAH S.W.T. in Surat-ul-Maedah, Verse No 33, Chapter 5, Part 6. Again, the SECOND GOD-APPOINTED VICEGERENT – IMAM HASAN IBN ALI A.S. was given strong poison and martyred. But before doing so, Muawiya son of Abu Sufyan imposed a battle on him at the end of which a treaty was signed by Muawiya but he never acted on the terms of the treaty but on the contrary he acted against it. Please refer to the detailed true history about it. IMAM HUSAIN IBN ALI A.S., - THE THIRD GOD-APPOINTED VICEGERENT was martyred, hungry and thirsty for three days , whilst in prayers in the desert of KERBALA. His brothers, sons including a child of six months, his brother’s and sister’s young sons and his companions were also brutally martyred at KERBALA after having been kept hungry and thirsty for three days. Just think of that scorching heat of Middle East and of the condition of infants, children, ladies, and even of the grown up relatives and companions. We, after having cold water and all types of foods, cold drinks and all the amenities, cannot tolerate the outside heat even for an hour and even in the sheltered homes and workplaces - well protected from heat, cannot survive without air conditioners. Even so many external workers get sun stroke after working for a few hours duly covered by protective caps and clothes and some of them even die, after having the amenities of continuous cold water and drinks, food etc. After the brutal assassinations of all those by the army of Yazid son of Muawiya, the family members – ladies, children etc – were taken captives , their veils were snatched so they covered their faces by their hair, their belongings usurped, they were slapped and lashed if they cried. But before this, their tents were burnt down so that they may not be able to sit in a covered place. Then their hands etc were tied with ropes and they were made to ride over bare camel backs with infants and children kept loose in their laps. Then the camels were made to run but the ladies could not protect their children since their hands were tied at the back of their necks. So when the camels were made to run, their galloping made the unprotected children fall off from the laps of their mothers on to the ground and die. This way so many children were also assassinated on the way hungry and thirsty apart from the six month old child of Imam Husain A.S. who was brutally martyred in Kerbala, hungry and thirsty for three days, by a three-pronged arrow in the laps of his father. These ladies, children and the surviving 4th Imam A.S. were first taken to Koofa and imprisoned there for some time and then taken to Damascus (Syria) and imprisoned there. The army of Yazid son of Muawiya were misguiding people by falsely hiding the identity of these Holy Family. But because the tragedy of Kerbala was narrated to the public and the identity of the sacrificed Holy Souls were also given to the public by the sisters, daughters and the only surviving son of Imam Husain A.S. – i.e.the fourth Holy Imam Ali Zainul Aabedeen A.S. – in Koofa and on their way at nearly every stop, town and city whereby gradually the public became aware and even the Christians became against Bani Umayya clan whereby Yazid s/o Muawiya had to release them after keeping them in prison at Damascus (Syria) for over a year, since he felt that the effects of this will make him lose his usurped seat as apart from his own public, the clan of Banu Abbas started taking the advantage of the strong discontent and tried to snatch the power from the clan of Bani Umayya and take it into their hands. Whilst in prison at Damascus, one of the daughters of Imam Husain A.S. by the name of Janabe Sukaina A.S., who had suffered tortures, thirst, hunger throughout from Kerbala thereby died in the prison.

The effect of the sacrifices of Imam Husain A.S. and his family in Kerbala and the subsequent sacrifices of his Holy Households on their way to Koofa, Damascus, and back to Madina through Kerbala and their acquainting the public went so far high that because of this, no subsequent tyrannical leaders could assassinate any of the other HOLY IMAMS A.S. openly by sword so they opted to torture the Fourth Holy Imam A.S. to Eleventh Holy Imam A.S. by various means of torture and giving poison to eliminate them from this world and prevent their Holy Progeny to protect true Islam but ALLAH S.W.T.’s intention to complete the Holy Progeny has materialized – as it must. The true Islam also became so strong by these sacrifices that the constant and untiring efforts of the tyrant hypocrites for centuries and even today to eliminate the followers of True Islam have failed to achieve their goals and the True Islam is existing in every corner of the world and the tragedy of Kerbala and the sacrifices of the Holy Souls are being commemorated every year despite the tragic killings by the tyrant hypocrites at these gatherings and at the mosques. It will be realized sensibly that owing to merciless torturing and assassinations of all the Past GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAMS A.S. , ALLAH S.W.T.has ordered the last HOLY IMAM HAZRAT MEHDI A.F.S. to go into occultation whereby human eye cannot see and /or recognize him so that he remains safe from the tyrannical hypocrites and people until he is ordered by ALLAH S.W.T. to reappear and establish Kingdom of Justice in this world as desired by ALLAH S.W.T. before the world is brought to its end for the Day of Judgement. Before we proceed further, we would like to draw your attention to the last verse No.166 of Surat-ul-An’aam, Chapter 6, Part 8, where ALLAH S.W.T. in very clear words says to the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.: وَ هُوَ الّذِى جَعَلَكُم خَلأئِفَ اْلاَزْضِ ..... Meaning: And HE it is who hath made you (HIS) Vicegerent in the earth. This again clearly proves that the appointment of Vicegerents is the sole authority of ALLAH S.W.T.. It will be much more clear than daylight to the reader that the protection offered to the True Islam and the highest sacrifices given for it are – after the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. – by Hazrat Ali A.S., his sons, his daughters, his grand sons and grand daughters, and also by the Holy Imams A.S. who are his lineal grand and great grand sons. So consider how heavy are the obligations of Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib A.S. ( including his progeny) on Islam! It is out of collective human capacity to even estimate it since the True Islam has been kept alive and given such a strength by these sacrifices that up till today it is not only existing but becoming stronger and stronger; and it will become strongest when the Twelfth Holy Imam Hazrat Mehdi A.S. will re-appear from the occultation upon ALLAH S.W.T.’s Order. Because of the existence as well as the strength derived by the True Islam through the protections and sacrifices of Hazrat Ali A.S. and his whole Holy Progeny, the enemies of True Islam, who have always tried to destroy Islam, disguising themselves as Muslims, tried their heads and toes to eliminate this Holy Progeny and are carrying on even today their utmost to eliminate the followers of True Islam. The reader will realize that these enemies of True Islam, because of their enemity with Hazrat Ali A.S., did not care even for the words of ALLAH S.W.T. and HIS HOLY BOOK “ THE HOLY QURAAN” ( as proved earlier and hereafter ) and termed the Holy father of Hazrat Ali A.S. as kafir (non-believer) against the words of ALLAH S.W.T.. This adequately proves that their aim has been and is to destroy ALLAH S.W.T.’S religion, its protectors and followers: so why should they care for ALLAH S.W.T.’s words! ALLAH S.W.T. in the Holy Quraan, Surat-ud-Dhuhaa, Chapter 93, Part 30, Verse 6, clearly tells the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.: ألَم يَجِدْكَ يَتيْماً فَآوى Meaning: Did HE not find you an orphan and give you shelter ? You are invited to look at the true history and you will realize that the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. lost his father right before or just after his birth and his mother at the age of 5 years. He was under the care of his Grand- father Janabe Abdul Muttalib for 3 years when the loving grandfather also departed from this world in 578 A.D.. Thereafter he came under the direct care of Janabe Abu Talib ( the Holy father of Hazrat Ali A.S.) and he protected him day and night against the enemies at the cost of risking his own sons’ lives before and after the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. started preaching ALLAH S.W.T.’s religion ISLAM. It is abundantly clear that in the Verse above mentioned ALLAH S.W.T. terms the protection and shelter given by Janabe Abu Talib as HIS shelter. Consider how high esteemed is the shelter provided to the Holy Prophet of Islam by Janabe Abu Talib in the eyes of ALLAH S.W.T. that HE termed it as HIS OWN SHELTER. From this consider also the status of Janabe Abu Talib in front of ALLAH S.W.T.! The so called self-styled Muslim hypocrites did not care for ALLAH S.W.T.’s clear words and termed Janabe Abu Talib ( who was the staunch protector of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. and thereby ALLAH S.W.T.’s RELIGION – ISLAM ) as non-believer since he and his son Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib and his Holy Preogeny were instrumental in protecting and strengthening TRUE ISLAM. Not only did they try to humiliate Janabe Abu Talib the protector of Islam but on the contrary they termed as Muslim the person ( and his descendants) who was the staunch enemy of ISLAM and had fought several well known battles against the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. even after his migration to Medina. In the end when Mecca was conquered by the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W., he, for the sake of saving his life and of his descendents declared as having accepted ISLAM , though his hypocritic tricks of destroying ISLAM continued. The name of this man is Abu Sufyaan. Furthermore they even try to cover up the appreciation by ALLAH S.W.T. and thereby conceal the high obligations of Janabe Khadija A.S. ( the first wife of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. ) in the 8th Verse of the same Surat-ad-Dhuhaa. Since Janabe Khadija A.S. who was well known as “ Maleekatul Arab” ( the richest lady in Arabs ) sacrificed all her riches for Islam and Muslims by giving it at the disposal of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. for the welfare of Muslims and the propagation of Islam. ALLAH S.W.T. terms this sacrifice of Janabe Khadija A.S. as HIS OWN BENEVOLENCE. The hypocritic self styled Muslims do not want the true history of the sacrifices, guidance etc of the GOD-APPOINTED TRUE VICEGERENTS and their Holy Progeny be narrated since this will not only make TRUE ISLAM known to wide spectrum of the public throughout the globe but also will expose them (i.e.the hypocrites), their tyranny, brutality, hypocrisy and untiring efforts and of their predecessors and of those whom they follow, to destroy the TRUE ISLAM and remove it completely from the history. Now you are invited to consider what you will catagorise the persons who, for their personal interests, not only discard the words of ALLAH S.W.T. but go against it and try their utmost to destroy the TRUE RELIGION OF ALLAH S.W.T. and also its followers? What could be the place of such people in the hereafter except that stage of hell which has strongest hell fire? We have written this series of booklets on USOOL-E-DEEN in order to make everyone understand the FIVE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS OF ISLAM logically as well as by giving proofs from clear and open verses of the Holy Quraan itself. However, there are other books like “ALI FIL QURAAN” ( meaning: Ali in the Quraan ) which is in Urdu and gives verses from each chapter of the Holy Quraan and the explanations given even by the Sunni writers regarding the status given by ALLAH S.W.T. to Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib A.S. – the FIRST GOD-APPOINTED VICEGERENT OF THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W..
Because of the purpose mentioned, and that it is impossible to include even short history of each of the TWELVE GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAMS ( as otherwise this booklet will be very much voluminous ) we apologize to the readers for having to request them to go through the true history in order to know the facts slightly in detail. There are also many books relating to the true traditions as well as explaining reasons for some of the religious orders of action – Furoo-e-Deen – and discussion on religious matters a few of which are: Al Muraje’aat, Al Ghadeer, Husniya, Hayaatul Quloob, Ilalushsharaya’a, Al Kaafi, Al Hayaat, Deen-e-Haqq, Bihaarul Anwaar, Tadhkiratul Adh’haar Koonu –ma’a-Assadeqeen Then I was guided, and many others. It will only serve to remind the reader that ALLAH S.W.T. does not accept any hardest toil for the sake of Islam unless the belief in the IMAAMAT of HAZRAT ALI IBN ABITALIB A.S. as the FIRST GOD-APPOINTED VICEGERENT OF THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. as well as in the VICEGERENCY OF THE ELEVEN GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAMS after him, who are in his Holy Progeny, is accepted as already proved right at the beginning of this booklet and supported by Verse 67 of Surat-ul-Maedah, Part 6, Chapter 5. ALLAH S.W.T. in very clear and unequivocal words tells this to HIS OWN HIGHEST ELEVATED HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. that even his hardest toils for Islam will not be accepted unless HIS ORDER as regards the IMAAMAT is openly declared. So it is quite evident that the only sect that implicitly follows this ORDER OF ALLAH S.W.T. is the one on HIS RIGHT PATH. It must also be known that this IMAAMAT is a DIRECT LINK, without any gap, BETWEEN THE END OF THE PROPHETHOOD AND THE VICEGERENCY OF THE LAST HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W.. Even the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. openly declared, and this is universally accepted by all Muslims, that in the way as Jews were divided into 71 sects, the Christians divided in 72 sects, after him the Muslim Umma will be divided into 73 sects, of which only one will go to heaven and the rest to hell. The reason is obvious that all other sects, except one from each, will divert from the TRUE PATH ORDAINED BY ALLAH S.W.T.. This is therefore a Warning to all human beings, of whatever belief they may be, who have been endowed with talents by ALLAH S.W.T. to ponder seriously, primarily over the fundamental beliefs of religion, in order to recognize the TRUE PATH ORDAINED BY THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T. and follow it with extreme obedience to HIM in order to earn the best results and HIS BENEVOLENCES of the next world where one has to stay permanently. Anyone following other than THE PATH ORDAINED BY ALLAH S.W.T. is destroying his own future and heading towards hell as his permanent abode. Islam invites all endowed with talents to think logically over the Fundamental Beliefs of Religion ( Usool-e-Deen ) before accepting them. It does not force anyone to accept any belief and is totally against blind faith. It has been logically proved, as well as supported by the words of ALLAH S.W.T. that HE HAS APPOINTED HIS REPRESENTATIVES ( HOLY PROPHETS AND HOLY IMAMS) and has ORDAINED THAT EVERYONE MUST FOLLOW ONLY THE ORDERS AND GUIDANCE OF THESE GOD-APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVES, WHO GUIDE IN ACCORDANCE WITH HIS ORDERS AND HIS HOLY BOOK – QURAAN. Anyone diverting from them is not on the Right Path and has to blame himself for the consequences thereof. If someone diverts from his local worldly government laws, he is considered a criminal and punished accordingly. So consider what a worst type of criminal he would be if he ignores or goes against the ORDERS OF THE SUPREME CREATOR! Everyone must realize this fact and start thinking about his/her responsibilities AS ORDAINED BY THE SUPREME CREATOR and try his/her utmost to fulfil them strictly in conformity with HIS ORDERS. Now think what will be the fate of those who not only have ignored and gone against HIS ORDERS but also tortured and martyred HIS REPRESENTATIVES – HOLY PROPHETS AND HOLY IMAMS as well as their followers – i.e. the followers of THE RIGHT PATH. At this juncture, it will not be out of place to also mention the names of those who martyred the 4th Holy Imam A.S. and all the Holy Imams A.S. thereafter up to the Eleventh Holy Imam A.S.( after torturing them in various ways – which can be learnt from history) and giving them poison. The Fourth Holy Imam ALI s/o IMAM HUSEIN A.S. who is known by the title ZAINUL AABEDEEN A.S. was martyred through poison by Valeed s/o Abdul Malik Marwan – Umayyad ruler – on 25th of Muharram, 95 A.H. in Madina, at the age of 57 years. The Fifth Holy Imam MUHAMMAD BAQER A.S. s/o 4th Imam A.S. was also martyred through poison by Hisham s/o Abdul Malik Marwan – Umayyad ruler - on 7th Dhil Hijja, 114 A.H. in Madina, at the age of 57 years. The Sixth Holy Imam JAAFAR-E-SADIQ A.S. s/o the 5th Imam A.S. was also martyred through poison by Mansoor-e-Dawanaki, the second Abbasid ruler, on 15th Rajab,148 A.H. in Madina, at the age of 65 years. The Seventh Holy Imam MOOSA QADHIM A.S. s/o the 6th Imam A.S. was martyred through poison by Haroon Rasheed, the 5th Abbasid ruler, on 25th Rajab, 183 A.H., at Kazmaen (Iraq) at the age of 55 years. The Eighth Holy Imam ALI REDHA A.S. s/o the 7th Imam A.S. was martyred through poison by Maamoon Rasheed, the 7th Abbasid ruler, on 17th Safar, 203 A.H., at Khorasaan (MASH’HAD) – Iran, at the age of 50 years. The Ninth Holy Imam MUHAMMAD TAQI A.S. s/o the 8th Imam A.S. was martyred through poison by Mo’atasim , brother of Maamoon Rasheed, the 8th Abbasid ruler, on 29th Dhil Qadah, 220 A.H., at Kazmaen, (Iraq) at the age of 25 years. The Tenth Holy Imam ALIYYUNNAQI A.S. s/o the 9th Imam A.S. was martyred through poison by Mo’atamid s/o Mutawakkil, the 15th Abbasid ruler, during the reign of his brother Mo’ataz s/o Mutawakkil, the 13th Abbasid ruler, on 3rd Rajab, 254 A.H. at Samarrah at the age of 40 years. The Eleventh Holy Imam HASAN ASKARI A.S. s/o the 10th Imam A.S. was martyred through poison by the same Mo’atamid s/o Mutawakkil ( who martyred the 10th Imam A.S. also) the 15th Abbasid ruler on 8th Rabiul Awwal, 260 A.H. at Samarrah, at the age of 28 years. (1st January, 874 A.D.). The Twelfth Holy Imam MEHDI SAHEBUZZAMAAN A.F.S. s/o the 11th Imam A.S. was born on 15th Shaaban, 255 A.H.. His mother was the daughter of the Roman Emperor of the time. She had embraced Islam and was called by the name of Narjis Khatoon.( She was also known by the names: Susan, Rayhana and Maryam.) When the Holy 11th Imam A.S. was martyred, the 12th Imam A.S. was 5 years old. As the Abbasid rulers were bent upon martyring him also, and in fact Mo’atamid s/o Mutawakkil had sent his police to the house of the 11th Imam A.S. to arrest the 12th Imam A.S. as early as 23rd Ramadhan, 258 A.H., but the 12th Imam A.S. had gone into occultation by entering the underground residence in Samarrah. Since his life was in a great danger, so upon ALLAH S.W.T.’s ORDER he first went into “Short Occultation” – “Ghaibat-e-Sughra” on 8th Rabiul Awwal, 265 A.H. at the age of 9 years. Some historians state that he went into “Short Occultation” in the same year of the martyrdom of his father – the 11th Imam A.S. – i.e.260 A.H.

During this period of “ Short Occultation”, he had, by the Order of ALLAH S.W.T., appointed his four ambassadors (known as safeers) in succession, the first by the name of Uthman bin Saeed, and after him his son Muhammad; thereafter the third ambassador Husain bin Rawh, and thereafter the fourth Ali bin Muhammad Al Samari. He use to meet them personally and solve any problems they met with. But after the death of the 4th ambassador on 15th Shaabaan, 329 A.H. (940 A.D.) the 12th Imam A.S., upon the Order of ALLAH S.W.T., went into “long occultation” - “Ghaibat-e-Kubra” and will Re-appear upon Order from ALLAH S.W.T.. Several Sunni writers have also stated that Imam Mehdi A.F.S. went into occultation because Mo’atamid s/o Mutawakkil sent people to martyr him also, so he went into occultation through the underground residence at Samarrah. Some of these Sunni writers and their books are: (1) Mulla Jami in his book Shawahedunnubuwwah (2) Abdul Wahab She’arani “ books Lawakehul Anwaar & Walaywakit wal Jawahir (3) Sheikh Ahmed Muhayyuddin “ Futuhat-e-Makkiyah (4) Khwaja Parsa “ Faslul Khetaab (5) Abdul Haq Muhaddise Dehlawi “ Risalae-A’imma’e Tahereen (6) Jamaluddin Muhaddis “ Rawdhatul Ahbaab (7) Abu Abdallah Shami “ Kitabuttibyaan fi- -Akhbarizzamaan (8) Sibte Ibne Jawzi “ Tazkirat-e-Khawasul Ummah (9) Ibne Sibagh Nuruddin Ali Maleki “ Fusoolul Muhimma (10)Kamaluddin ibne Talha Shafei “ Matalebus-so’ool (11)Shah Waliyullah “ Fazlul Mubeen (12)Sheikh Suleman Hanafi “ Yanabiul Muwaddah and several other Sunni writers. It is felt that at this juncture it will be appropriate to give the background of the commencement of the four main Sunni sects so that the reader may be aware of it. HANAFI SECT The first Sunni sect known as Hanafi was started by Abu Hanifa An-no’amaan bin Sabit Kufi. He was born in 80 A.H..- i.e. 70 years after the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. had left this world. He was one of the students of the 5th and the 6th Holy Imams – Hazrat Muhammad Baqir A.S. and Hazrat Imam Jaafar Sadiq A.S.. He was employed by Bani Umayya (Umayyad) rulers and thereafter by Abbasid rulers and so started raising criticisms against the Holy Imams’ teachings in their absence. He later started the Hanafi Sect but during the time of 2nd Abbasid ruler, Mansoor-e-Dawanaki, he was imprisoned by him and died in prison in 150 A.H.. Later, after 800 years when Ottoman Empire came up, the Turks re-started this sect. MALIKI SECT: This sect was started by Malik bin Anas Asbahee. Malik was born in Madina in 93 A.H. –i.e. 83 years after the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. had left this world. He was an opponent of Abu Hanifa’s principles. He died in 178 A.H. at the age of 85 years during the reign of Abbasid ruler Haroon Al Rasheed. EHLUSSUNNAT WAL JAMAAT After 175 years from the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.’s departure from this world and also after 25 years from the death of Abu Hanifa, Haroon Rasheed, the 5th Abbasid ruler, formed a group and named it Ehlussunnat wal Jamaat. During his period efforts were also made like “FIRAUN” to worship the ruler. SHAFE’EE SECT: This sect was started by Muhammad bin Idrees Al Shafei. He was born in Palestine in 150 A.H. – i.e. 140 years after the departure of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. from this world. When he grew up, he started Shafe’ee sect and spread his followers in Arabia, Iran, China and India. He died in Egypt in 204 A.H. at the age of 54 years during the reign of 7th Abbasid ruler Maamoon Al Rasheed. HAMBALI SECT : This was started by Ahmed ibn Hambal. He was born in Iraq in 164 A.H. – i.e. 154 years after the departure of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. from this world.He started Hambali Sect when he grew up. He died in 241 A.H. at the age of 77 years. He was very much opposed to Shafe’ee that he would not allow his followers to go near the Shafe’ees. BUKHARI – ( the compiler of Sahi Bukhari) He was born at Bukhara in 194 A.H. – i.e. 184 years after the departure of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. from this world. He had become blind at a young age. After performing Hajj at the age of 16, he went to Damascus and Iraq to collect Hadeeth (traditions) and collected majority of them from Umayyad and Abbasid clans who had been paying people to invent as well as change the Hadeeths (traditions) of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. in such a way that would suit them. The main narrator of such traditions was Abu Hureira who had not embraced Islam until 7 A.H. as done by Abu Sufyan to save his life – i.e.only 3 years before the departure of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. from this world. His name is not among the companions of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W.. On the contrary, one of the wives of the Holy Prophet S.A.W.W. by the name of Aisha d/o Abu Bakr was hating Abu Hureira and was quoting him as a liar and inventor of traditions. It is said that Bukhari had collected 600,000 traditions ,of which he wrote only 4,000, and these 4,000 also he split into three categories namely: Trust-worthy, Partly trust-worthy, and Non-trust-worthy.
Perhaps the reader will go through the true history and find out more details to be able to establish facts more vividly and remove any doubts that may have arisen about these stark facts. After going through the facts presented so far, duly supported by logical proofs as well as clear proofs from the Holy Quraan, it should be very clear to the reader to honestly identify the true followers of the TRUE PATH ORDAINED BY ALLAH S.W.T. and the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W.. It should also be crystal clear as to who have gone astray from the PATH ORDAINED BY ALLAH S.W.T. and the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W.. Among them are not only those who have diverted but are also those who openly go against ALLAH S.W.T.’s ORDERS as well as against THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W.. You are reminded of the Verse of the Holy Quraan ( Verse 23 – Surat-ash-Shura, Chapter 42, Part 25 ) where ALLAH S.W.T. ORDERS THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. TO ASK PEOPLE TO LOVE HIS BLOOD RELATIVES. Instead of loving them, the so called self-styled Muslims went forth to vehemently oppose ALLAH S.W.T. and HIS HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. by creating enemity and hatred against them as well as torturing and martyring them and their family and the whole Holy Progeny. Not halting at that, they and their followers kill even the followers of ALLAH S.W.T.’s ORDER and of HIS HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. even today and in the mosques during prayers and religious gatherings. They are also torturing them economically, socially and through every venue possible for them and creating ill-will against them by false propaganda which you will realize from the true history, even of the present time. The fate of such worst criminals who go against ALLAH S.W.T.’s and HIS REPRESENTATIVES’ ORDERS and create massacres and enemity has been given in the Holy Quraan at several places including Verse No. 4 of Suratul Hashr, Chapter 59, Part 28.. Not only in the laws of religions they are worst criminals but also according to local and universal human laws of all the countries of the world they are catagorised as worst criminals. If the reader will go through the true history, he will realize that these criminals, who disguise themselves as Muslims but, who kill the true followers in the mosques and holy places of religious gatherings are the followers of Yazeed bin Muaviya (May Allah S.W.T.’s curse increase multifolds on him and on all those who acted or are following that line of action )and his ancesters. History very clearly states that the followers of Yazeed in Kerbala showered a rain of arrows on the group of companions of Imam Husain bin Ali A.S. whilst they were offering noon(zohr)prayers with Imam Husain A.S. ( the third God-appointed Holy Imam A.S.) as a result of which more than thirty companions of Imam Husain A.S. were martyred. - 45- Furthermore, they martyred Imam Husain A.S. whilst in prostration (Sajdah) of the afternoon (Asr) prayers. His ancestors got HazraAli ibn Abitalib A.S. ( the first God-appointed Holy Imam A.S.) martyred in the Holy Mosque of Koofa whilst he was prostrating ( in Sajdah ). If the reader will go through the history of Yazid, he will realize many startling actions and practices by him. To state one of his actions is that he made adultery with his own mother – treating her as his own wife. He also tried to legalise the marriage between real brothers and sisters and many other such new practices. It is therefore very much essential to know the reality of any belief before accepting it. Before proceeding further, let us remind ourselves of some of the facts mentioned and proved logically in the previous booklets of this series and recapitulate them as well as keep them right in front of our mind while striving to arrive at the real conclusion through the right talents. It must be realized that the religious path in Arabic is called “MADH’HAB”. This word is derived from the word “ DHEHAAB” which means “Path”. Any talented person who wants to travel and reach a particular destination safely will first of all try to find out the right path to the required destination and ensure that he is not on the wrong path. For that he will try to find the right source for guidance to the right path throughout his journey up to his destination and , at every junction, will also observe the boards ( the written guidance) placed by the government itself for further confirmation of guidance of the travellers. Likewise, God has appointed HIS guides in the form of HOLY PROPHETS AND HOLY IMAMS A.S. and also sent his words which are termed as HIS HOLY BOOKS – the final of which is HOLY QURAAN. Animals, like cattle, who are not so talented as human beings, may go here and there or wherever they are driven to, but it is shameful for human beings who have been bestowed with talents to act in that way. Even animals, after being guided and driven to and fro over a path for some time, will take the right path to go for grazing and return to their place of abode – i.e. their destination. So if any human being, who has been gifted with talents, acts against this logical principle, he has made himself fall below the category of animals. Even in the HLY QURAAN, THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T., catagorises such persons as deafs and blinds and like or even below the category of animals. It is proved logically in the previous booklets that any King or Ruler will appoint his own officers. Likewise, all owners of businesses will appoint their own managers, officers and administrators, and will not leave it to the public or to any common man to do that, nor will he accept someone else’s rules to be imposed in his kingdom or business or even in his own house. How can then any sensible person think that THE REPRESENTATIVE AUTHORIZED OFFICER OF THE ALL –KNOWLEDGE, THE ALL-POWER, THE SUPREME CREATOR can be appointed by a few grossly illiterate human beings and the fact that such selected person be illiterate and has for the major part of his life been an unbeliever and against THE SUPREME CREATOR’S commands? Common sense therefore directs and it behooves on everyone of us to find out the right path of life as directed by THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T. from HIS TRUE REPRESENTATIVES appointed by HIM through HIS ORDERS. These booklets are therefore intended to invite every sensible person to ponder over the RIGHT MADH’HAB ( the TRUE PATH) directed by THE SUPREME CREATOR providing logical proofs as well as directed by HIM in HIS HOLY BOOK – THE HOLY QURAAN. Where appropriate, proofs from the Books of other religions/sects are also quoted so that the reader may become more aware of the facts of the RIGHT MADH’HAB (path). Travelling on any other path other than the right one takes the traveler more and more away from the right path and therefore towards the wrong destination. ISLAM therefore directs everyone to understand the basics of religion logically and intelligently. ISLAM means ( the religion ) that which has been accepted or that which is capable of implicit acceptance. The word ‘ISLAM’ has been derived from the word ‘TASLEEM’. The word “Deen” means ‘religion’. Religious observance is divided into two main sections, namely: (1) TAF’HEEM-U-DDEEN: Understanding of the Fundamentals of Islam - which are termed as “ USOOL-E-DEEN” – the basics and Fundamentals of Islam. Believing after proper understanding logically and not following blind faith. (2) TA’AMEEL-U-DDEEN: To act according to the directions of THE SUPREME CREATOR (after having accepted the TRUE FAITH through TAFHEEM-U-DDEEN) ; that means this section is connected with the ‘ACTIONS’ and is termed as “FUROOA-E-DEEN”. It is most essential to follow the Furooa-e-Deen with utmost obedience after having logically and intelligently pondered over the Fundamentals or Basics of Islam and having accepted them after having sensibly satisfied and believed in the FIVE FUNDAMENTALS namely: TAWHEED : The existence and oneness of THE SUPREME CREATOR – ALLAH S.W.T. ( as briefly explained and proved in the Foundation Booklet and in the booklet on TAWHEED). ADL : JUSTICE OF ALLAH S.W.T. ( See booklet on ADL and also Foundation Booklet). The Chain of Guidance: i.e. NUBUWWAT : The PROPHETHOOD - the 124,000 Holy Prophets (guides) appointed by ALLAH S.W.T. (and the authorities vested in them by ALLAH S.W.T.) as briefly explained in the Foundation Booklet as well as the booklet on NUBUWWAT. IMAAMAT : The continuity of the Chain Of Guidance after the last Holy Prophet MUHAMMAD S.A.W.W. as appointed by ALLAH S.W.T. -being the 12 HOLY IMAMS A.S. ( as briefly explained in the Foundation Booklet as well as this booklet). QAYAAMAT : The belief in the DAY OF JUDEGEMENT and the resulting Final Abode –( as briefly explained in the Foundation Booklet and the Booklet on this topic to be written and published). The utmost importance given to IMAAMAT by ALLAH S.W.T. has been mentioned right at the beginning of this booklet. If the stark facts have escaped the memory of the reader, he is earnestly requested to read the first few pages of this booklet to recapitulate the facts before continuing to read further. It will be realized that the existence of the benefits of the toil of 124,000 Holy Prophets rests on the existence of IMAAMAT – the continuity of THE CHAIN OF GUIDANCE AS APPOINTED BY ALLAH S.W.T., without which the unbelievers and those who have either diverted from the right path or are hypocrites (Munafiqs) who have been active in killing the Holy Prophets and thereby eliminate the true religion of ALLAH S.W.T., will be successful. But the existence of the chain of HOLY IMAAMAT AS APPOINTED BY ALLAH S.W.T. is so strong that despite of all sorts of tortures by such people, THE HOLY IMAMS A.S. have not only kept THE TRUE RELIGION OF ALLAH S.W.T. safe but also made it stronger and stronger against such unbelievers and enemies of true religion. Through the teachings of the Holy Imams A.S., their directions and implementation as well as protection of Laws ENACTED BY THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T. and conveyed through THE HOLY PROPHETS, inter alia, those concerning this generation, revealed through THE LAST AND HIGHEST OF THE HOLY PROPHETS – HAZRAT MUHAMMAD MUSTAFA S.A.W.W., the TRUE RELIGION ISLAM is not only fully protected but is getting understood by wider and wider spectrum of the human beings whereby those who wish to follow the right path are able to do so. However, sacrifices for keeping steadfast on the right path are given by the followers thereof in various ways including sacrificing their lives against the heineousness of the enemies of ALLAH S.W.T. and THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. and his HOLY PROGENY. In order to create wrong impression against Shia Ithnaasheri Sect of Islam, the hypocrites try to create and exaggerate the misunderstanding among the human beings of different sects and religions that Shias try to give much more importance to the belief of IMAAMAT and especially to Hazrat Ali A.S.. To answer this, it will be evident to the readers that it is not the Shias but ALLAH S.W.T.- THE SUPREME CREATOR has given so much importance to IMAAMAT that HE SAYS TO HIS MOST ELEVATED HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. that his toils for the firm establishment and spread of HIS RELIGION will be void if THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. does not declare the IMAAMAT of HAZRAT ALI A.S. as per Verse 67 of Suratul Maedah – already quoted at the beginning of this booklet. Now consider, when THE SUPREME CREATOR directs this way, who would dare to reduce its importance? Anyone venturing to reduce the importance of IMAAMAT goes against THE SUPREME CREATOR’S ORDER whereby making Hell Fire as his own permanent abode hereafter and catagorising himself among the enemies of ALLAH S.W.T. as well as a hypocrite in this world. As already explained earlier, Shia Ithnaasheris do not consider Hazrat Ali A.S. higher than THE HOLY PROPHET MUHAMMAD S.A.W.W. or even equal to him in all respects . Anyone considering him equal or higher than THE HOLY PROPHET MUHAMMAD S.A.W.W. is categorized as GHAALI – the one who exceeds – and considered among one of the categories of Kafirs. It has been proved logically as well as from THE HOLY QURAAN that THE HOLY 12 IMAMS A.S.have been bestowed with complete knowledge of the universe and also authority over it by THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T. but they do not use these authorities and powers except strictly according to the WISH OF ALLAH S.W.T.. Some people fail to understand the above facts, yet they believe in Satan (the devil) and many a times when they are asked as to why they performed some deplorable act, they would say “ the satan (devil) misguided me”. So they admit the capacity of the devil who, at the same time and moment, can misguide millions of people in different countries of the world. Yet when they are told about the capacities and powers bestowed by ALLAH S.W.T. THE SUPREME CREATOR upon HIS AUTHORISED HOLY REPRESENTATIVES – i.e. HOLY IMAMS, they become reluctant to believe: which means that they treat the satan (devil), who is a creature, more powerful than THE MOST SUPREME CREATOR.( May ALLAH S.W.T. forgive me for quoting this point which is put forward to all human beings to ponder over the startling matter seriously.) How shameful and deplorable it is for human senses and existence to have such an unthinkably insulting and lowest type of false belief against THE ALL- POWER, ALL- KNOWLEDGE, SUPREME CREATOR – ALLAH S.W.T.! Those with proper senses and pondering over these matters unbiased will conclude that this is the envious planning of the hypocrites and enemies of TRUE RELIGION to try to eliminate even the images of THE TRUE PATH as ordained by THE SUPREME CREATOR – ALLAH S.W.T., and divert everyone towards the wrong path and thereby drag everyone with them to the terribly burning hell fire for ever. The contents of this series of booklets are therefore an invitation to everyone, with proper senses and who are unbiased, to sensibly consider the path over which one should tread in order to achieve the best final ever –permanent abode of the hereafter. Let us think logically over one more point. You will admit that the very first physical human creation on the earth was Hazrat Adam A.S. (Adam) who was the first Holy Prophet – i.e. GOD-APPOINTED HOLY GUIDE. So it is abundantly clear that ALLAH S.W.T. commenced this physical world for human creation with A GUIDE DULY APPOINTED BY HIM. At that time there was no one to be guided but the one to be created immediately after Hazrat Adam A.S. and that was Janabe Hawwa A.S. who became Hazrat Adam’s wife and was in fact created after the creation of Hazrat Adam A.S.. So it is very much evident that ALLAH S.W.T. – THE SUPREME CREATOR - has given utmost priority to THE APPOINTMENT OF GUIDES BY HIM. HE has not left the appointment of AUTHORISED GUIDE OF HIS RELIGION to any human being even in the earliest days of this world when human generation which came out of HAZRAT ADAM A.S. and JANABE HAWWA A.S. and which was very small. Even when the human generation started developing, the HOLY PROPHETS for such small generation were also appointed by ALLAH S.W.T. – THE SUPREME CREATOR – HIMSELF and no one else. This is logically incumbent upon THE CREATOR. When THE SUPREME CREATOR HIMSELF APPOINTED HIS as many as 124,000 GUIDES – i.e. THE HOLY PROPHETS – HIMSELF, how can HE leave the appointment of THE MOST IMPORTANT CHAIN OF GUIDANCE, WHO WERE THE PROTECTORS OF HIS RELIGION DULY BUILT UP TO THE COMPLETION THROUGH THE SACRIFICES OF HIS124,000 GUIDES, to the few illiterate human beings who have been unbelievers during the whole past major part of life and who were totally inclined to see such persons as appointees who were similarly unbelievers and enemies of the religion of ALLAH S.W.T. during their past major part of life and who may have been compelled to accept Islam under the political saying that ‘ when you cannot win them try to be with them’ so that you can stab them easily after getting near them pretending yourself to be among them – thereby achieving your objective hidden into your bosoms.

ALLAH S.W.T.’s TRUE RELIGION was established and became complete at the APPOINTMENT OF HAZRAT ALI IBN ABITALIB A.S. as the FIRST AMONG THE TWELVE GOD-APPOINTED PROTECTORS OF THE TRUE RELIGION OF ALLAH S.W.T., as already proved from THE HOLY QURAAN in the beginning of this booklet. Since the HOLY REVELATIONS THAT WERE TO BECOME THE PART OF THE HOLY BOOKS – the last of which is THE HOLY QURAAN – were now complete and no further elaborations needed for the basics of religion, the CHAIN OF GUIDANCE IN THE FORM OF PROPHETHOOD came to an end, whereby it was very much urgently necessary and important to exhibit the line of THE CONTINUITY OF THE AUTHORISED CHAIN OF GUIDANCE for all existing and future generations until the end of the universe. This HOLY CHAIN OF GUIDANCE is , in exactly the same Supreme Logical and Most Intellectual method of the past, APPOINTED BY THE SUPREME CREATOR – ALLAH S.W.T. – HIMSELF, and the HOLY GUIDES therein were appointed as PROTECTORS OF THE TRUE RELIGION OF ALLAH S.W.T.. Their authority is and has never been to alter, add or delete any of the Holy Revelations which are in the form of HOLY QURAAN. They have, therefore, always protected them and in doing so and protecting the TRUE RELIGION OF ALLAH S.W.T. have tolerated so many most vehement tortures and also sacrificed their lives as well as of their families but have always clearly opened up the understanding of THE RIGHT PATH ORDAINED BY ALLAH S.W.T., so much so that THE RIGHT PATH became and ever becomes very well-known in every corner of the world – whether anyone bestowed with senses wants to follow it or ignore it for the sake of attractive-seeming and misguiding worldly powers and gains. It is evident to every sensible human being that when a large building is constructed wherein people live, the owner appoints some guards to look after it so that no one damages it or acts against the security of the building and its residents. The more important the building is the tighter security will be placed over it. If it is the one that belongs to the government, you will find strictest guards APPOINTED BY THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF to protect it. Now consider what will THE SUPREME CREATOR do to safeguard THE MOST IMPORTANT EDIFICE OF THE RIGHT RELIGION on which THE EVERLASTING FUTURE OF ALL HUMAN BEINGS DEPENDS? WILL HE NOT APPOINT HIS MOST TRUSTED GUARDS TO PROTECT THIS EDIFICE OF SUPREME IMPORTANCE FOR WHICH 124,000 HOLY PROPHETS APPOINTED BY HIM HAVE SACRIFICED? SURELY HE WILL, AND HAS DONE SO. THIS HOLY CHAIN OF SUPREME GUARDS IS KNOWN AS “IMAAMAT” AND THE HOLY DIGNITARIES APPOINTED THEREIN ARE KNOWN AS “HOLY IMAMS A.S.” These HOLY IMAMS A.S. would offer in sacrifice themselves and their families if and when the TRUE RELIGION OF ALLAH S.W.T. is faced with danger. This is what these HOLY IMAMS A.S. have done and the reader is invited to go through the true history of each of these TWELVE GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAMS A.S.. If anyone says that THE SUPREME CREATOR did not appoint anyone as PROTECTORS OF HIS RELIGION (May God forgive me for quoting this) then that person catagorises THE SUPREME CREATOR as irresponsible and below the level of ordinary human being with proper sense ( who will not leave his valuable property unprotected ) – thereby committing an extremely serious and heinous crime against HIM. It is therefore logically evident that the existence of A GOD-APPOINTED HOLY IMAM A.S. at all times until the end of universe is extremely important for the safe existence of THE TRUE RELIGION OF THE SUPREME CREATOR. The degree of importance of the existence of such PROTECTORS OF THE TRUE RELIGION cannot be even assessed by all human talents put together for the purpose. Since these HOLY IMAMS A.S. are to represent and protect the grade of the HIGHEST OF THE HOLY PROPHETS, they must be of the same grade and category in knowledge, power etc. which is bestowed upon them by THE SUPREME CREATOR before their birth - but naturally they do not possess the HIGHEST OF THE PROPHETHOOD. As already mentioned earlier that ALLAH S.W.T. states in the HOLY QURAAN Verse 73 of SURATUL AMBIYAA that these HOLY IMAMS A.S. ARE GUIDING BY THE COMMAND OF ALLAH S.W.T., it is more than clear that they possess the capability of receiving, understanding and implementing the ORDERS OF ALLAH S.W.T. which are BEING REVEALED TO THEM for every action they may take. So their actions are also GUARANTEED BY THE SUPREME CREATOR as exactly representing HIS HOLY COMMANDS, which no one except they have the capacity and ability to receive; and these powers are INGRAINED IN THEM BY THE SUPREME CREATOR HIMSELF before bringing them into this world, like the creation of THE HOLY PROPHETS. When THE SUPREME CREATOR GUARANTEES THE ACTIONS AND WORDS OF GUIDANCE BY THESE HOLY IMAMS, who can dare to find even the slightest fault or mistake in them – since this would amount to trying to falsify THE SUPREME CREATOR’S WORDS which surely amounts to dragging oneself into strongest hell fire. Again such a guarantee BY THE SUPREME CREATOR can only be given for THOSE HOLY SOULS WHO HAVE BEEN APPOINTED BY HIM ONLY, and that also AFTER BESTOWING UPON THEM THE COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF AS WELL AS POWER UPON THE WHOLE CREATION with FULL TRUST IN THEM THAT THEY WILL USE THE POWERS ETC. STRICTLY ACCORDING TO HIS WISHES – as already CERTIFIED BY HIM IN THE HOLY QURAAN. Since guidance is mainly done in two ways (i) by words of mouth and (ii) by actions (including abstentions); and as ALLAH S.W.T. HAS SAID THAT THESE HOLY IMAMS A.S. ARE GUIDING BY HIS COMMAND so this is a guarantee from THE SUPREME CREATOR over the WORDS AS WELL AS THE ACTIONS (INCLUDING ABSTENTIONS )OF THESE HOLY IMAMS A.S.. Can the world bring anyone else, EXCEPT THESE TWELVE HOLY IMAMS A.S., who have been so GUARANTEED BY THE SUPREME CREATOR? Surely NOT. Even those who usurped the places of THESE HOLY IMAMS A.S. and tried to falsely depict themselves as the representatives of THE LAST HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. totally failed even to answer questions and solve problems of ordinary people relating to religion as well as worldly affairs. True history is full of such events. So TRUTH AND HONESTY cancels out everyone else EXCEPT THESE TWELVE HOLY IMAMS A.S. as the only TRUE GOD-APPOINTED GUIDES WHO MUST BE ACCEPTED, BELIEVED IN, AND WHOSE GUIDANCE BE FOLLOWED AS THE TRUE PATH ORDAINED BY ALLAH S.W.T.. Following their guidance will lead us on the RIGHT PATH and take us to the RIGHT DESTINATION FOR EVERLASTING ABODE CREATED BY ALLAH S.W.T. for the believers and followers of the RIGHT PATH ORDAINED BY HIM. The authority and guardianship bestowed on someone is known as WILAYAT (WILAYAH). The ones who are fully authorized by ALLAH S.W.T. are therefore termed as “WALIYULLAH” - meaning: those authorized by ALLAH S.W.T.. That is why in KALEMAH (i.e. confirmation of true religious belief) it is necessary to confirm three things (1) that ALLAH S.W.T. IS THE ONLY ONE CAPABLE OF BEING WORSHIPPED – TO WHOM PRAYERS CAN BE OFFERED and (2) that HAZRAT MUHAMMAD MUSTAFAA S.A.W.W. IS THE LAST SUPREME HOLY PROPHET OF ALLAH S.W.T. and (3) that THE FIRST GOD-AUTHORISED GUARDIAN OF THE CHAIN OF GUARDIANSHIP APPOINTED BY ALLAH S.W.T. (i.e. IMAAMAT) IS ALI IBN ABITALIB A.S. – i.e. ALIYYUN WALIYULLAH – without which the true belief remains incomplete which in turn renders the actions and toils void as stated by ALLAH S.W.T. to HIS SUPREME HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. in Suratul Maedah Verse 67, which has been quoted in the beginning pages of this booklet. That is why Hazrat ALI IBN ABI TALIB A.S. is termed as “WALIYULLAH” – i.e. fully authorized guardian by ALLAH S.W.T.. It must be understood that WILAYAT (WILAYAH) is mainly of two types namely:- (1) WILAYAT-E-TASHRI’EE : i.e. the regulatory ( or legistlative) authority for the actions, which means regarding SHERIAT ( SHERIAH) which relates to activities of human beings and is concerned with FUROO-E-DEEN. This type of authority is slightly given even to parents over their children. For example : the father is religiously authorized to order his son to offer prayers in congregation (i.e. by Jamaat) and the son has to strictly obey this order, failing which he is committing a sin ( unless he is involved in a situation where it has become impossible for him to reach the congregational prayers). This is called WILAYAT-E- TASHRI’EE ( i.e. WILAYA OF SHERIAT). (2) WILAYAT-E-TAKWEENI: This means THE CREATIVE AUTHORITY –i.e.the authority over the creation ( creative element) of the created ones. The very few of the miracles mentioned heretobefore during the lives of a few HOLY IMAMS A.S. are the sample of events demonstrating WILAYAT-E-TAKWEENI bestowed upon the HOLY IMAMS A.S. by ALLAH S.W.T. and shown at HIS permission. No one except those bestowed with WILAYAT-E-TAKWEENI by ALLAH S.W.T. can put or withdraw soul in anything or show miracles. Logic and Common Sense therefore directs us not to consider any human being in worldly authority, be he a king or an emperor, to be even slightly equal, in any one of the aspects, to those AUTHORISED BY ALLAH S.W.T.. Therefore, if you cannot consider anyone even slightly equal in any single aspect to any of the HOLY IMAMS A.S. then how dare anyone consider the SUPREME HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. ( who is superior to the HOLY IMAMS A.S.) to be equal to sinful human beings? ( Please refer Verse 6 of Suratul Ahzab, Chapter 23,Part 21, wherein ALLAH S.W.T. clearly declares the supremacy of the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. over the believers than their own selves). Those who consider THE SUPREME HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. as equal to them or other human beings are going against THE SUPREME HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. as well as ALLAH S.W.T. and the fate of such people is already mentioned earlier as quoted in Verse 14 of Surat-un-Nisaa and also in other many verses of THE HOLY QURAAN, the reference of six of which have also been quoted. Now consider the fate of the person who utters most insulting words for the SUPREME HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. when he (THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W.) asked for a pen and paper in order for him to put in writing the CHAIN OF GUIDANCE clearly so that people do not go astray after his departure from this world. You are invited to go through booklet No.3 of this series on the topic of NUBUWWAT wherein slight understanding of the topic is given from which you will realize that all human talents put together cannot even assess the initial height of the status of THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. or THE HOLY IMAMS A.S.. As quoted in earlier booklets, ALLAH S.W.T. took the examination of Knowledge of Hazrat Adam A.S. and all the angels through the recognition of the names of THE HOLY FIVE in the progeny of the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. and Hazrat Adam was successful in this . Again HE demonstrated through Hazrat Adam A.S. that the forgivance of the TARKE-AWLA ( missing out of the best by Holy Soul) and likewise the sins of ordinary human beings can be forgiven by craving to ALLAH S.W.T. through the names of the HOLY FIVE and the progeny thereof. For this please refer Verse 37 of Surat-ul-Baqarah, Part 1 , Chapter 2, which states: َفَتَلَّّقّّى آدَمً من رَّبًّه كَلمات فَتاَبَ عَلَيه ْ أنّه‘ هوَ التّوّاب الرّحيم Meaning: And Adam received from his LORD (certain) words (of prayer) and GOD Turned unto him (mercifully), (for) Verily, HE is the OFT-TURNING (unto mercy ) THE MOST MERCIFUL. Any person bestowed with intelligence would like to know what words did Hazrat Adam A.S. receive from ALLAH S.W.T. by means of which he was blessed with MERCY OF ALLAH S.W.T.. Mere common sense suggests that what was gifted to Hazrat Adam A.S. by THE ALL-KNOWING, ALL-MERCIFUL ALLAH S.W.T. cannot be anything ordinary but something very high elevated to make the prayer ( craving sincerely and wholeheartedly through it ) immediately accepted by THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T.. In order to prove this to all other sects of Islam also, we invite everyone to refer to the famous and well known SUNNI authority and writer “ SIYOOTI” and his book TAFSEER-E-DURRE MANTHUR” in which he clearly says that the words taught to Adam by GOD were THE HOLY NAMES OF THE HOLY FIVE :- THE HOLY PROPHET MUHAMMAD S.A.W.W., his cousin and son-n-law ALI IBN ABITALIB A.S., his daughter FATEMA A.S. and his sons (i.e. grand sons) IMAM HASAN A.S. and IMAM HUSAIN A.S.. The reader will therefore realize that THE SUPREME CREATOR HIMSELF has taught the MEANS through which HE accepts the sincere and whole-hearted apologies of human beings, so what will be the status of these HOLY SOULS WHOM THE SUPREME CREATOR - ALLAH S.W.T. HAS ELEVATED SO HIGH and therefore what should be our duty in respect of the SINCERE BELIEF and IMPLICIT OBEDIENCE OF THESE HOLY SOULS! ALLAH S.W.T. HAS CLEARLY AND OPENLY DEMONSTRATED THE RIGHT PATH AND HIS TRUE REPRESENTATIVES, GUIDES AND PROTECTORS OF THE RIGHT PATH WHO ARE APPOINTED AND AUTHORISED BY HIM RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE WORLD. HE has bestowed human beings with talents so that they should follow HIS RIGHT PATH for which HE has created CHAIN OF GUIDANCE up to the end of the universe. It is therefore our moral duty to respect, believe and obey THESE HOLY REPRESENTATIVES DULY APPOINTED BY ALLAH S.W.T. and reject all others who are not appointed by HIM. One important point to be clarified is that Miracles must not be mixed up with super-human actions or wonderful and astonishing actions which are capable of being performed by human beings who study the art and knowledge of being able to perform them. THE SUPREME CREATOR – ALLAH S.W.T. has created so many powers in this world for the benefit and use of human beings and the religious rules govern the rightful methods of obtaining and using them in the legal and correct manner. All these are contained in the HOLY QURAAN in the in-depth knowledge of it, which many a times THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. and THE HOLY IMAMS A.S. have mentioned and even some special items taught to the trusted companions and followers for whom they were sure that they will not misuse them nor use them for their personal gains. Other knowledges like atomic, electrical, other scientific and so many other fields of different knowledge etc and their proper use were taught to so many. For this, refer to the history of the HOLY FIFTH AND SIXTH IMAMS A.S. – i.e. HAZRAT IMAM MUHAMMAD BAQIR A.S. and HAZRAT IMAM JAAFAR SADIQ A.S. who got an opportunity ( whilst Bani Umayya and Bani Abbas clans were struggling against each other for powers) so the HOLY FIFTH IMAM A.S. opened up learning centre for everyone and after his Martyrdom the HOLY SIXTH IMAM A.S. continued it. At this centre more than 4,000 persons were studying and within every six months about 4,000 books on different branches of knowledge, including religion, were written since THE HOLY IMAMS A.S. made a condition for every attendant to come with pen and book and write down the teachings of the branch of their interest. This process went on for almost ten years within which thousands of books on all types of knowledge were written and their copies were also made.
But when Bani Abbas came to power, they started searching for these books and snatching them from people and burn them so that the knowledge given by the HOLY IMAMS A.S. should be extinguished and their own illiteracy of such depth of knowledge may not come to light. Therefore the knowledgeable people (OLAMAAS) sent away the books out of the country to Spain where a very large library developed which became full with these books. Since many of these books were written in Arabic, the western people studied Arabic language ( as they are doing even now) and came to Spain to go through these books which filled this library. They found treasures of knowledge therein, and therefore carried these books away to their countries and translated them in English and other languages of their countries and started making researches from the facts and knowledge therein. This is how the treasure of the knowledge went to western countries from which they benefited and are still benefiting therefrom and each person who studied these secretly preserved books of knowledge and made a research on any one of the sections of a topic and obtained something claimed to have invented that theory without showing the source of that knowledge. So all these advances made by western and other countries in Sciences, Mathematics, Electronics and in fact in full spectrum and all branches of knowledge is from the lessons taught by these HOLY IMAMS A.S.. You will also find abundant knowledge given by HAZRAT ALI IBN ABI TALIB A.S. and other HOLY IMAMS A.S.. This is true of all the HOLY IMAMS A.S. . Consider even THE SEVENTH HOLY IMAM MOOSA KADHIM A.S. who was kept in prison for major part of his life by Bani Abbasid rulers, but apart from the knowledge spread during his stay at his house, he use to spread knowledge from the prison also. He use to write treasures of knowledge on crystal type of medium size stones by means of such other small stone and throw them out of prison at night and these were collected by knowledge seeking people (OLAMAAS) who would at the same time throw fresh sets of such stones in the prison from the top of the wall after having copied down the text in their books and after having rubbed off the writings over the stones. Such prisons were kept of open roof (without roof) so that the HOLY IMAM A.S. should be strongly hurt by the scorching heat during the day and the darkness of the nights. This is an example of how the HOLY IMAMS A.S. spread the knowledge but the so called Muslim rulers and their followers, who were in fact hypocrites, not only ignored the knowledge but also tried to destroy it since they were the enemies of GOD’S RELIGION and thereby enemies of the HOLY IMAMS A.S., but western people appreciated and took advantage of this largest treasure of knowledge. These facts can also be known from the preface of the book called “ First Aid in Hygiene” – by Robert A. Lyster. The reader must be aware that there are two methods of obtaining finance or earnings and also two methods of spending that earning: one of it is an honest, upright and legal method and the other one is dishonest and illegal one. Similar are the the methods of acquiring and utilizing of the knowledge. One is according to the rules and regulations set by THE SUPREME CREATOR – ALLAH S.W.T. and deriving through the right sources set by HIM – i.e. through the teachings of HIS AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVES - who are THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. and THE HOLY IMAMS A.S. and using it strictly according to HIS RULES. The other one is deriving and using it dishonestly and criminally like sorcery ( as mentioned heretobefore in the reign of Bani Abbas who got sorcerers to insult the sixth and the tenth HOLY IMAMS A.S.) or destroying and/or harming innocent human beings as is being done by the so called super powers as well as by self-styled hypocrites who depict themselves as Muslims but shoot and kill true Muslims in the mosques and in places of worship. These illegal methods are rife and that is why human life has become miserable and one finds so many human lives suffering through the in-human, un-sympathetic and atrocious attitudes of the ‘haves’ and of many of those in worldly power. If ALLAH S.W.T. would not have kept majority of the success of the affairs of the ‘haves’ and of those in worldly power dependent upon the very existence of the so called ‘lower class’,( as proved logically in book 2 on ADL – JUSTICE OF ALLAH S.W.T.) the formers would not have tolerated the existence of the lower class at all. Had the so called ‘in power’ acted in accordance with the teachings of the HOLY IMAMS A.S. (which are the teachings of THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T.) there would have been absolute tranquility on the globe; but instead of following their teachings, they tortured and martyred eleven of these HOLY IMAMS A.S.. That is why THE SUPREME CREATOR ALLAH S.W.T. ordered the twelfth ( i.e. the last ) HOLY IMAM HAZRAT MEHDI SAHEBUZZAMAAN A.S. ( THE HOLY IMAM A.S. OF THIS TIME) to go into occultations and he would re-appear upon being ordered by ALLAH S.W.T. to re-appear and will establish absolute justice and tranquility on this earth for a long time. When this HOLY IMAM A.S. (HAZRAT MEHDI SAHEBUZZAMAAN A.S.) will re-appear, ALLAH S.W.T. will also send down HAZRAT ISSA A.S. (JESUS) from the sky where HE has raised him to when the enemy wanted to martyr him. It is necessary to go through the true history of each of these HOLY IMAMS A.S. in order to know a little about their life and the way they raised the spiritual as well as economic and worldly life of human beings. The spiritual upliftment of the keen followers became so much elevated that when they craved to ALLAH S.W.T. for anything, their wishes were fulfilled immediately, and many of these wishes were of super-human nature; but as already mentioned, these should not be taken as their miracles. To give an example, we shall quote one of the so many such events. In olden days when people use to travel from one city to another on camels, horses and donkeys, they use to place canopies on them in order to protect oneself from heat etc.. A trader was on his way to MADINATUL MUNAWWARAH ( THE CITY OF MADINA). When he reached near the entrance of Madina, he saw one person coming out of the city on foot. It was the time of mid-summer; the heat was so scorching and the time was of around mid-day when normally people would not come out in open in order to protect themselves from the burning sun; but if it was necessary, they would walk under some sort of shelter – at least an umbrella. The trader was very much astonished at the action of that person who had come out without any shelter under the burning heat and was heading towards the desert outside the city. So the trader stopped to observe what the person was going to do. The man went a little inside the desert and prostrated ( went into Sajdah) on the burning hot sand of the desert and then placed his cheek over it and uttered something. No sooner did this happen, the trader saw heavy rainy clouds gathering all over the sky suddenly and it started raining. It was not the season when someone could expect even a drop of rain in this hottest mid-summer, so he became very much astonished and decided to find out what the man did to get this miracle type event to take place so fast and he also became inquisitive to know what the man was who had so much divine power, since bringing rain so suddenly and that also during hottest months of the year was not within human powers. So the trader waited to see what the man was doing further, but he saw him coming back and entering the city, so he followed him slowly on foot until he saw him enter a house. The trader came up to the house and started enquiring as to whose house it was. He was told that it is the house of the FOURTH HOLY IMAM – HAZRAT ALI IBNUL HUSAIN – ZAINUL AABEDEEN A.S.. So he became sure that the man whom he had followed must be one of those persons who have presented themselves to the HOLY IMAM A.S. as his servants or alternatively one among the previous slaves who have been bought out and freed by the HOLY IMAM A.S., but upon the desire of such people, the HOLY IMAM A.S. had offered them shelter and was also giving them full maintenance at his residence. Therefore the trader knocked at the door and one of such persons ( who have presented themselves as servants of the HOLY IMAM A.S.) came up and opened the door. The trader asked him to seek permission for him from the HOLY IMAM A.S. to enter the house and visit the HOLY IMAM A.S.. The so called servant went in and obtained the permission so the trader went in and offered his salutations to the HOLY IMAM A.S. to which he got warm response and welcome. Then the trader requested the HOLY IMAM A.S. to give him one of the so called servants whom he did not want to treat as a servant but as more than a family member. The HOLY IMAM A.S. agreed and asked him to select one, but since that person who he had seen was not in that room, he asked if there was someone else also. At that, the HOLY IMAM A.S. called the man from the next room whom the trader recognized and asked for, so the HOLY IMAM A.S. agreed. After a little while, the trader went out from the house with that so called servant of the HOLY IMAM A.S. and started talking with him and telling him that he will be provided with all amenities, benefits, comforts etc and so much more, but all the time he found tears falling out from the eyes of the man and every so often he turned his face back and looked as if he was looking for something. The trader thought that probably the man had no trust on his words, so he went on giving him all type of assurances but he still found him crying and looking back, so he stopped and asked him: “Do you not trust my words and assurances?” The reply was, “ I fully trust you”. The trader then asked,” Then why are you going on crying and what are you often looking back for?” The man (HOLY IMAM A.S.’s servant): “ Tell me what made you separate me from such a benevolent house? I am looking back and very much lament and say to myself that I shall never be lucky to see this house again – and this makes me feel as if my heart is being cut into pieces.” The trader replied : “ Tell me what did you do when you went into the desert outside MADINA and there you prostrated and did something whereby during such hot summer heavy clouds gathered immediately and it started raining?’ The man replied: “ I only craved to ALLAH S.W.T. that “O My Sustainer, I crave to YOU through the medium of YOUR KINDNESS with which YOU love me – please send rain” -: and it rained. From the event, the reader will realize as to what unthinkable extent of spiritual height even the servants of the HOLY IMAMS A.S. have reached owing to their strictly following the teachings, advices and instructions of these HOLY IMAMS A.S.!

In that there is no difference of race, colour, creed etc. as will be realized from the example of a former slave of someone whom THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. bought and set free. He was an African and although set free, he did not like to part from THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. and he learnt and followed the true religion. His name was BILAAL and his title became ‘ MUADHDHIN-AR-RASOOL’ since THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. had appointed him to say ADHAAN ( call for prayers ), although he had a natural defect in his tongue such that he could not pronounce ‘sh’ but instead pronounced ‘s’. One day, a so called self styled companion, who was an Arab, criticized BILAAL for being unable to pronounce ‘sh’ and wanted himself to say the ADHAAN for the morning prayer, so he kept on insisting until he fulfilled his desire and said the morning ADHAAN, but to everyone’s surprise, the morning did not arise despite waiting for some time. At this, THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. said that the morning will not arise until BILAAL says the ADHAAN. Ultimately, when BILAAL said the ADHAAN, then the morning arose. You will find such events during the time of other Holy Prophets like – for example: when Holy Prophet Hazrat Sulaiman A.S.(Solomon) wanted to get the queen of Sabaa,by the name of ‘Bilqis’ with her throne so that he could invite her to accept ISLAM -true religion of ALLAH S.W.T., he asked as to who can bring her immediately. At that time one of the genii (jinns) whose name was “Sakhraa” said that he can bring her here before Hazrat Sulaiman A.S. would get up to leave his court where he was sitting (daily and at present also) – since he use to sit there to give judgements and verdicts of justice to all the cases that came in front of him and then leave in the afternoon. But AASIF BIN BARKHIA who was Hazrat Sulaiman’s khalifa and wali-ahad and had some knowledge of the HOLY BOOK said to Hazrat Sulaiman A.S. that, due to that knowledge of the HOLY BOOK, he could bring Bilqis with her throne before the blink of an eye if he would permit him. To this Hazrat Sulaiman A.S. gave permission and immediately Bilqis with her throne appeared – it was brought by the power of spiritual knowledge of THE HOLY BOOK which AASIF BIN BARKHIA had. So everyone must realize that the real knowledge, even a little, of THE HOLY BOOK, enables a person to acquire high spiritual powers - but upon acquiring it the right people do not use it for their own benefit but only for the sake of either following the instructions of GOD-APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVES –i.e. THE HOLY PROPHETS and THE HOLY IMAMS A.S.- or for defending the true religion towards which these GOD-APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVES have directed. You must also bear in mind that all HOLY PROPHETS AND HOLY IMAMS know even the languages of all the creation including angels and every creature on the earth like animals, birds, ants etc. and Hazrat Sulaiman A.S. was also bestowed with this knowledge. The high spiritual elevation mentioned in these events are not confined to gents only. Such high spiritually elevated are ladies also who sincerely accept the true faith and acquire the spiritual knowledge from THE HOLY SOULS and one among them was JANABE FIZZA(FIDHDHA) who, according to historical information, was the queen of the former African country Abyssynia, but when she heard about the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. she left the throne and presented herself as a servant of AHLUL BAIT OF THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W.. She was so kind to her subject that they did not like her to leave them but upon her insistance they requested for her shoes which they placed for some time on the throne in her absence. When she came and joined the AHLUL BAIT OF THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. and derived from them knowledge and thereby spiritual elevation. She could turn iron into precious metal like gold and silver - among a few of her worldly capabilities, yet she never used it for her own benefit. THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. had kept her in the house of his lone daughter JANABE FATEMA ZEHRA A.S. and she was being treated as her real sister and all the children of JANABE FATEMA A.S. respected her like they did their mother. Even in the event of TRAGEDY OF KERBALA she was with the family members who went with IMAM HUSAIN A.S. and after that also she went with them and suffered tortures of the army and followers of Yazid s/o Muaawiya ( May ALLAH’s curse and severest punishment be ever increasing on them incessantly) until they had to be released from prison in Syria to come back to Madina. This JANABE FIZZA had invited THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. for IFTAAR (ending of fast in the evening) but she did not mention to anyone – even to HAZRAT ALI IBN ABI TALIB A.S. - so that arrangements for food can be made. When THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. arrived in the evening, she went in a room and offered two rakaats prayers and craved to ALLAH S.W.T. to provide food so she should be able to fulfil her obligation of the invitation she had extended. She had hardly finished her craving and a full menu of choicest food from heaven descended which she placed in front of THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W.. You will realize from this, that when someone sincerely and whole-heartedly accepts THE HOLY FOURTEEN and acquires knowledge from them, adopts wholly their advices, guidance and orders, he/she is spiritually uplifted to an extent that he/she may obtain anything allowed from ALLAH S.W.T. exactly when he/she needs it and upon craving to ALLAH S.W.T. through THE HOLY NAMES OF THESE HOLY FOURTEEN – i.e. THE HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W., his lone daughter JANABE FATEMA A.S. and THE TWELVE HOLY IMAMS A.S., and also through the HOLY NAMES of their progeny who have sacrificed and/or suffered human tortures for the sake of protecting the TRUE RELIGION OF ALLAH S.W.T.. In fact ALLAH S.W.T. DIRECTS the believers to crave to HIM through “THE SOURCE” and HE further GIVES AN EXAMPLE of those who did so and CLARIFIES as to who are the HOLY SOULS termed as “WASILAH” – i.e. “the Source”. For this refer in the HOLY QURAAN the following verses: Suratul Maedah - Chapter 5, Verse 35, Part 6 Surat Bani Israeel - “ 17, “ 57, “ 15 Surat Bani Israeel - “ 17, “ 71, “ 15. ALLAH S.W.T. also states at various places in the HOLY QURAAN that the one who does not believe in what HE says ( i.e. HIS AYATS – verses and signs ) will have strong punishment. Verses to this effect have been quoted in this series of booklets but in order to enable re-capitulating the fact, we request you to refer one Verse of Surat-un-Nahl, Chapter 16, Part 14, Verse No. 104. Not only Muslims have known the facts about the high status of these HOLY SOULS in the eyes of THE SUPREME CREATOR – ALLAH S.W.T. but the Christians have also come to know about this and some have even mentioned in their books. One of them is being quoted hereunder. It is mentioned in the book called “ The Straight Path “ by Husain Shah, Advocate, that P.C. Implay of London in his book named “The Wonderful Stories of Islam” on page 249 has detailed a discovery that was made in 1916 at the time of the First World War. He states in his book as follows: “ It was in the year 1916 when the First World War was raging. A British Military patrol party was passing near a village named Ontra, a few miles from Jerussalem in Palestine. Suddenly the military party observed a strange light in the darkness of the night. It was coming from a very old hillock. The Officer-in-Charge ordered digging it. After digging twelve feet deep, they came across a silver plate about two feet long and one and a half feet wide. When the plate was taken out, its light disappeared. The party took the plate to their commander Major A.N. Grandell who scrutinized the plate in torch light and was wonder-struck. The border of the plate was inset with precious stones; and in the centre of the plate something was written in gold in some unknown language. Major Grandell sent the plate to the Commander of the Armies – Lieut. General D.O. Gladstone. He in turn sent it to the British Archeological Department. At the end of the war in 1919, research began into this unique plate. A committee of experts of ancient languages consisting British, French, American and others was appointed. After many months of strenuous research, it was found that the inscriptions on the plate were in old Hebrew language used in the Old Testament (of the Bible). On 31st January, 1920, the following translation was submitted. In Hebrew language: Yah Ahmad Maqza Yah Eli Ansatah Yah Bahtool Akashi Yah Hasan Azofata Yah Hasin ba Rafo Eli, Eli, Eli The English translation of which is: Reach O’ Ahmad O’ Ali, help me O’ Batool, keep an eye O’ Hasan, be kind O’ Husain, grant us happiness Ali, Ali, Ali. After the translation by experts, it was decided that the silver plate should be kept in the archives of British Imperial Museum for display. But when the Lord Bishop of England came to know of it, he sent a directive on 1st March, 1923, that the keeping of this plate in the museum or any other public place would work against Christianity. The plate therefore must be kept in Secret Church Chambers. Thus it was kept and it is still there in the same place.” ( The above mentioned abstract in bold was published in “THE LIGHT” megazine Vol.19 of February, 1985, on page 20, under the heading of “ The Moral Stories” by Ahmed H. Sheriff ). After having gone through the very few facts about the high spiritual elevation of some of the so called servants of the HOLY FOURTEEN who had honestly, sincerely and whole-heatedly accepted and followed these HOLY SOULS in accordance with THE SUPREME CREAOR – ALLAH S.W.T.’s orders, anyone with the right sense and un-biased will feel duty-bound to enquire and try to learn logically, and intelligently the right path that must be followed ( and follow it ) to make one’s own permanent abode a place of grace; since not following the right path takes one to the permanent disaster. Therefore, as already mentioned, this series of booklets offer a glimpse of the true path and an invitation for everyone to enquire more deeply into the subject matter for the sake of recognizing the right path and then following it for one’s own safety and ever-lasting happiness.
Human beings do make mistakes but ALLAH S.W.T. has gifted them with talents and therefore they are duty-bound to use their talents to enquire into the facts for recognizing the right path which has been explained fully by these GOD-APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVES. If someone has followed a path without true research and therefore has erred, ALLAH S.W.T. is SO KIND AND GRACIOUS that HE will forgive him provided he would enquire and start following the right path and beseech forgivance from ALLAH S.W.T. for his/her past mistake of not following the right path owing to his/her own failure to enquire logically into the facts for the recognition of the right path. The reader must have known the high spiritual elevations and power which the so called servants of the HOLY FOURTEEN have acquired from the teachings of these HOLY SOULS. Now think in what un-thinkably highest elevated status will the HOLY SOULS themselves be who are bestowed with KNOWLEDGE AND POWERS BY THE SUPREME CREATOR – ALLAH S.W.T. HIMSELF! All human talents put together cannot even estimate the very first stage of the commencement of their knowledge and power. Again when their so called servants do not use their power for their own pleasure, how would the HOLY SOULS use them as we may otherwise want to do? Their determination and tolerance is so great that they have fully protected ALLAH S.W.T.’s religion at the cost of all tortures and sacrifices. Before we conclude this booklet, it is necessary to state that during the reign of Bani Umayya as well as Bani Abbas, campaigns were made by them to invent hadith (traditions) and giving them false reference of the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. as well as THE HOLY IMAMS A.S.. That is why the HOLY IMAMS A.S. have said that when you hear any traditions with reference from any of the HOLY FOURTEEN, then compare them with the verses of THE HOLY QURAAN. If they are in accordance with them, then accept them but if they contradict them, then dash them against the wall – i.e. reject them wholly. (Also refer to the saying No. 98 of HAZRAT ALI IBN ABITALIB A.S. in NAHJUL BALAGHA). Another scheme was ( and for both these they use to pay money to such criminals) to invent and include false matters in the Islamic history. One among many of these falsities is that they included that the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. had four daughters. This is utterly false since the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. had only one daughter – JANABE FATEMA A.S. who is among the HOLY FOURTEEN ( one of her titles is BATOOL – and this was also found on the silver plate found by the British Army). However, in order to lower her prestige as well as of her mother JANABE KHADIJATUL KUBRA A.S. they tried to mix up others with her. They tried to lower the prestige of JANABE KHADIJATUL KUBRA A.S. , the first wife of the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. by falsely inventing that she was married once before marriage with the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. – this is blatant lie as she was spinster aged 28 when she got married the very first time to the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. and she sacrificed her whole riches for the welfare of Islam and Muslims, so all the generations of Muslims are under her incessant obligation. The three girls whom they have tried falsely to include as the daughters of the HOLY PROPHET S.A.W.W. were the daughter of HALAA BINTE KHUWAILAD who was the sister of JANABE KHADIJA A.S.. When HALAA’s husband died, she with her three daughters came to stay with JANABE KHADIJATUL KUBRA A.S. who was the richest in the whole Arab world and she was well known by the title of MALEEKATUL ARAB. The sister and her daughters were fully maintained by JANABE KHADIJATUL KUBRA A.S. until their marriages took place and her sister HALAA was also re-married. This is why we have every so often asked the readers to refer to the true history and true traditions. We sincerely hope that the contents of this and the previous booklets will give a little glimpse for thought on this most important topic of Fundamentals of Religion and the reader will be prompted to go through the reliable books of true history, traditions, knowledge and derive treasures therefrom for the success in this world and hereafter. The translation and some details of explanation thereon of the verses of the HOLY QURAAN written by S.V. Mir Ahmed Ali and also another one by Mohamed Husayn Al-Tabatabai under the title of ‘ AL –MIZAN’ in several volumes ( in English) will go a long way to get the correct understanding of the HOLY QURAAN. For those who want to go through the explanations in Urdu may go through the volumes under the title of ‘ TAFSEER-E-NAMOONA’ by Ayatullah Nasir Makarim Shirazi and also the translation and shorter explanations by Maulana Farmaan Ali Saheb.
